I went to different saloons before coming here. The staff is friendly and capable, the owner is competent and knows her work. I came yesterday for my hair and felt happy. Today came back for face treatment and really glad I chose to come to Weaam. Highly suggest, good competitive prices with skilled staff
Such a disorganised bunch, they just try to push treatments down your throat. It wouldn’t be so bad if they stuck to their word but even if you make an appointment the lady that does nails isn’t there. Isn’t that the point of booking a time slot so both the customer and the nail lady are there at the same time? They try to bide their time by getting you to do other treatments so it doesn’t feel like you wasted your time coming there. I wish I read some of the other 1 star reviews before going as they paint a perfect picture of the service you get. Awful, don’t recommend at all
Im a hesitant person when it comes to hair dressers and beauty shops, I feel I have found the one. Iv only mainly dealt with Pooja who is really good at what she does and feel very refreshed and I have taken on the well given advice that was given in regards to my skin and hair. Thank you for your service Im glad I came. Will definitely recommend!
I took my daughters aged 10 and 11 to get their hair done. The service was terrible! A lady burnt my daughter whilst washing her hair and didn’t even apologise. Instead she said it was my daughters fault as she was moving too much. How could she possibly blame a child for her fault as she was the person controlling the temperature of the water. Additionally, the staff speak in their language (Arabic) which isn’t very welcoming for people that don’t speak Arabic. I definitely wouldn’t advice anyone to book at this salon. My daughters hated the experience and it put them off from going to any salons in the future.
since the second i walked into this salon, i was greeted with kindness and so much respect. The service was immaculate and all the workers were very sweet. i also did a nano hair treatment and i was taken care of with so much love. my hair has never felt so silky smooth and amazing. the facial treatment was so incredible, i have severe acne and with the first session i can already see massive improvements. Overall i think this experience was a 10/10 and i would definitely be back again soon!
Poor customer service. Booked 4pm appointment for nails online which was also confirmed by phone. On arrival was made to wait then to be told the nail lady goes home at 4pm! I was recommended another salon nearby which was as expected fully booked, leaving with nowhere else to book last minute. Would not recommend.
Enjoyed my experience today at Weaam beauty. The Hammam with siham was very good and you feel rejuvenated and fresh by the time you're done. Very happy with the service and the owner Weaam was extremely welcoming. Definitely will come again ☺️
