I did a microchip course, I contacted Luke and his team multiple times via Instagram and calling their office and I got nowhere. Communication was fabulous upto the point when they get your money then its a matter of chasing. I gave up and have taken it as a lesson learned and a loss. A.V.O.I.D!
Brilliant and extremely professional I bring both my dogs here and I’m never disappointed, Luke dose an amazing job and is extremely knowledgeable and helpful
As a cat breeder I cannot recommend SmartBreeder and especially Luke, highly enough. Always on hand with tips and advice to give the best training and quality service. Just completed my second course with them… Premises are clean and high spec.
This firm should be shut. Teaching illegal things only to be done by vets. Using unlicensed products. It’s just appalling and no one should endorse them or have any dealings with the people teaching these course
I bought an ultrasound scanning and microchipping Course. Both supposed to be half day each. Courses took place on a Saturday and we were finished by lunchtime! Ultrasound course was rubbish and the pregnant queen that was supplied was too far gone in gestation to see anything. I received my certificate and it was printed crooked - not very professional! For the microchipping, there was not enough pets supplied for the group of 16 learners - total waste of money! I got sent home and told someone would be in contact to do a zoom call with unchipped animal that I had to find - was told to advertise on Facebook for this! I paid the money for smart breeder to provide 2 pets - I want a refund!
Can someone explain why this company is still running? You only need to watch puppy boom on BBC I player to see how dodgy this company is. The man running the course is not a vet nor a vetinary nurse. Nothing that would qualify him running such a course. The man actually suggests owners give their dogs hormonal human contraception!!! Avoid at all costs.
Very scammy company, wanted 19.99 to register the chip inside my pup, actually what they wanted was 19.99 to pay for the 'free' puppy pack which people are reporting never arrives. Additionally they ask you to leave a positive review on trust pilot to get a 10% discount on the £19.99 registration fee, which is illegal. Best advice if you have a smarttrace chipped dog and you need to register it is to use mypethqdotio (replace dot with a .) which is a DEFRA approved chip registration service and costs £1.99 for lifetime registration.
I did the fertility course today at smartbreeder all the staff were very kind and welcoming Dave ran the course and his knowledge and teaching skills were amazing This guy knows his stuff and safely shown and done I would highly recommend Please people go for your own experience don't just listen to the documentary I would join any of theses courses and know I'd be satisfied
