    Huma has resolved my acne issues with her magic facials two years in a row now. And the good part is that she offers you products that you can use once your acne has settled to the extent that you can take a break from the treatments she offers monthly during the acute stage. She is my monthly go to for facials for acne treatment, monthly top up facials to keep my skin in like and for body waxing. I am extremely satisfied with the services.

    I had lip filler at Prim & Pampered in May 2025. The results were lumpy and asymmetrical and did not settle over six months. I had to pay £250 for corrective treatment at another clinic on 12th November 2025. I was not asked to complete a consent form prior to the procedure, and I am unclear on the practitioner’s qualifications for injectable treatments. I requested a refund for the unsatisfactory treatment, but the clinic has refused to take responsibility or reimburse the cost of corrective treatment. I hope this feedback helps others make an informed choice.
