   I have been coming here for almost a year for waxing with Khush, and I can honestly say the service has always been excellent. The waxing technique she uses is very quick and noticeably less painful than any other I have tried, which makes a huge difference. Every single time I left completely satisfied with the results. Unfortunately I will no longer be going simply because I have moved and it is no longer close to me, otherwise I would definitely continue. I am genuinely sad to change salon because the quality of the service here is outstanding. I highly recommend Khush to anyone looking for professional, efficient, and high quality waxing.

   I had a lovely experience at this salon. I went for a hair treatment, eyebrow tinting, and arm waxing – all were done with great care and professionalism. My hair feels so soft and shiny, my brows look perfect, and the waxing was quick and clean. Really happy with the results and will definitely return!

   My 4th time visit!, this time with another beautician. But I left with a set of hard classic lashes that clumped together. I cannot brush my lashes as they stuck together and make my eye lid extremely ichy. After removed the lashes found lot of glues are used and damage my own lash. What a shame!

   I love Alicia's Hair & Beauty and I trust Alicia with my hair 100%. I moved to London in February 2022 and around the Hammersmith area. There are various beauty parlours around and it took me some time to finally decide which one I wanted to go to, considering I wanted to colour my hair. After careful review, I found Alicia's. The first time around, I went for highlights and a haircut. Alicia listened and delivered and I was extremely grateful with the look. So much so that I've returned every single time I have a special occasion and require a do-over. Just recently, for Valentine's, I had a semi-permanent and, again, Alicia recommended the hair colour and I got what I wanted. It feels great to have someone in the UK know my hair, treat it and I feel like she understands my needs (I come from the Dominican Republic, where hairdressing is almost a religion, so yes, this is important to me). Additionally, when I was in need for an early service, Alicia was kind enough to open just a little earlier and was able to do my hair then. I'll always be grateful for that. So - overall: professional and an extraordinary service. 5/5 from me. PS. I've added pictures from my first highlights and cut to my most recent semi-permanent (back to black).

   I give Alicia 5 stars and more, she did my highlights perfectly, I am very happy and will definitely go there again. I went in search of a new hairdresser recently and visited several salons, she was the only one who smiled when I came in and I immediately felt I am in good hands, she listened and did not try to talk me out of what I wanted, like all the others did, and I got exactly what I wanted, beautiful blond highlights, thank you Alicia!

   Quite disappointed with this experience after reading such great reviews and the photos on Google. Had highlights done by Tom and it was the fastest and smallest t section highlights ever, not much care went into picking small strands of hair to make sure they blend in. I was left with rather streaky asymmetric highlights pictured. I asked for icy highlights and a toner was not used so they aren't icy at all. Additionally the hair wash was quite rough, I said be careful of getting water in my ears as I've had problems with my ears (not usually a problem in other salons) but multiple times water went into my ear. Twice the water was turned back on my head before reaching desired temperature - once it was cold and the second time too hot. Finally, no dairy milk for the coffee, just oat milk. I expected a relaxing, professional experience with the prices and the reviews, but was left disappointed and won't be returning.

   They are very sociable. But the hair dyeing service is terrible. I want to full color my hair to Brown but no they dyed my hair from blonde to black. I looked very well that also told them but they said it was brown. due to the quality of my hair…. The first time I saw dyeing 1 hair less than 1 hour. I have been to the hairdresser so many times so I know all the hairdressing procedures and the time taken. Maybe it's different from place to place but it's impossible to dye it brown without me seeing it and you and everyone say my hair is black. So bad !!!

   Absolutely delightful experience at Alicia Hair & Beauty. All the staff were so friendly and welcoming. I’ve had constant compliments on my hair cut since I had it done. Alicja has always done a fantastic job. I could not recommend this the salon more highly and will definitely continue to be a loyal customer. Thank you!
