Had the best experience with Ada! I came in as a walk-in and was seen straight away. Ada understood exactly what I wanted, and I left feeling so happy with my haircut. She also does a fantastic blow dry—my hair looked amazing! I’m really glad I’ve found her. Highly recommend!
Worst experience ever. Please avoid. Calling another hair dresser to help. My balayage looks tedious from the top. The colour change was even from the edge, not natural(looks like I had a cap now when the hair got bleached or like the hair grew out from the roots). The colour from the front and the back are not the same. When I told the owner my option, he got very defensive and started to argue. No saving option was given. AVIOD. Reviewed the reply from the owner. Another reason for you to AVIOD. The owner kept denying the truth. I left the shop because the owner was arguing and insisting what he did was the same as the pictures. It was waste of time to argue back. I walked away. My hair was also damaged after the treatment. AVIOD AT ALL COST.

I have been going to this salon for almost a year. The staff are polite and friendly. I have had my hair coloured and blow dried there several times and been very happy. The big problem is scissor happy Martin who does not listen or care about what you want. I made it very clear to him when we first met that I was growing my hair. So what did he do? He cut well over 3 inches off the length and it took months to grow back. Since then I have not let him cut it, up until a week ago when I asked him to layer the top as it was a bit heavy. He has taken so much off it looks like an 80's mullet. Awful! I will never go back to Hairworks again because of this. My advice is if you don't want anything drastic done and just want a trim do not go to Martin. I am furious with him and for his lack of respect for my wishes.
