   I’ve been coming to this salon regularly, and every visit is a wonderful experience. The staff are welcoming, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the service is always top-notch. A special mention goes to Victoria, my go-to nail technician. She is talented, meticulous, and always makes sure my nails look perfect. Also, I can’t thank Tatiana enough for her work as my hairdresser. She truly understands what suits me best.

   I had shellac nails done for the first time and Moda 3 completely exceeded my expectations. They were able to provide me with recommendations for colours, shape and care tips on how I could make my nails last longer. Their service was professional, friendly, customer-service orientated and I loved my nails! My manicure was even ended with a light hand massage. Would highly recommend for anyone who is looking for a detail-orientated shellac manicure with very friendly and welcoming staff. Looking forward to seeing you next time!

   I had a wonderful experience at Moda 3. I went in to get my nails done and I absolutely loved the result! The staff were incredibly attentive, kind, and professional throughout the entire appointment. The salon is spotless and well-maintained, which made me feel very comfortable. They paid great attention to detail and the quality of the service really shows. I highly recommend Moda 3 to anyone looking for a clean, welcoming, and professional nail salon.    I had a full head of highlights, toner and blow dry. The experience was great! The highlights were done so well, and look so natural. The ladies, Tanya and Anya were both so kind and not at all forceful for me to get any more treatments or anything extra (which in my experience does happen)! Lovely, soothing atmosphere.

   I wish there was a way to give them below one star but there isn’t an option. I purchased a groupon for colour cut and blow dry and they just bleached my hair didn’t have time to cut or blow dry. I had an appointment made for Saturday which was cancelled and she asked me to come in on Friday at 5pm which I did. Then she bleached and toned my hair and it came out yellow. All the staff left and they left me alone in a salon with a woman who doesn’t know how to speak English nor does she know how to cut or colour hair. When I asked them to fix my hair she took ages convincing me it wasn’t yellow and refused to help. Eventually she toned my hair and it was still yellow. If you could not do my hair at that time you should have simply refused or asked me to come in another time. I don’t even think the products they used were of good quality because my scalp is itching and there is residue left in my hair. My hair is extremely damaged and I would now need to go and get it fixed elsewhere. I wasted time money and effort getting to the salon and walked out crying because of how sad I was having damaged my hair at this salon. The salon is extremely unprofessional and I would not recommend to go here.

   I went to the salon based on the good reviews I had read. The haircut was nice but the lady did a poor job on eyebrow threading. One was made higher than the other. I don't think I will ever return to this place for service. The online rate for short haircut is 25GBP with wash. I did not use wash service, she did blow dry my hair and charged me 30GBP for haircut. So, overall quite disappointed with the place, I had such high hopes based on the reviews.

   I had a laser hair removal session. Although the place looked basic and I was worried at the beginning, it turned out to be the best treatment I’ve ever had. The therapist is very knowledgeable, took her time (spend one hour for fell leg) and I could feel the machine is actually working, not like other places I’ve been to for the same treatment. I highly recommend them for laser hair removal.
