   Worse eyebrows. Women did not know how to do eyebrows as if it was her first time doing it wish I stuck to my original place, she kept touching my lash extensions, secondly so many baby hairs under the eyebrow which were not removen, she didn’t know how to use the thread, made my eyebrows thinner when I had grown it for so long to be thick blamed it on ingrown eyebrows, won’t come again.

   Leaving this review only because of Daniella. She was excellent .She did my hair so nicely that I can see myself going to any salon she might work at in the future. That’s how happy I was with her work. 5⭐️ for Daniella.

   I just got my nails done. Manager was nice, but the workers isn't. They kept speaking in their own language whilst I was doing my nails, and didn't communicate with me at all. Also this is the worst French manicure in my life - she didn't even push my cuticles back! You need to pay extra £5 for white tips, but I wish I didn't do it as it is very bad art :( I'm quite sad and embarrassed Very sad.

   Very friendly, kind , gentle and welcoming staff. I had my nails done and showed a design I found online that I wanted replicated. The kind lady who did them was so accurate, they actually turned out nicer than the original photo! Thank you so much, I will be returning as a regular customer. Highly recommend, prices Are so reasonable.

   Booked a “full colour change”, with a description online being “for blondes who want to go blonder” for £45 That’s exactly what I wanted. Want to lift my hair a few shades. Went there, they told me I need to pay an EXTRA £75 because I need highlights? I said no, that’s not what I booked. I do not want highlights. I want a full hair colour change. I know what highlight are, and told them that I do NOT want highlights. I told them I want exactly what I paid for... They would not do the service I paid for and continued to say I need to pay £75 extra. £120 in total. They're having a laugh. I obviously said I would not be paying extra, when I booked and paid for what I wanted. They would not do the service. They would not help me with getting a refund and did not care. Man with grey hair at the reception table refused to give me his name, and kept giving me his wifes name which I couldn't care less about? There's a reason this place has a rating of 3.5/5 Equally, went a few months ago for a last minute hair cut. Asked for curtain bangs. Lady said "What is that?". Wouldn't go to a hair salon that don't even know what curtain bangs are. Avoid this place. Rude, and overcharge!

   I use to come here when I was living in London for shellac nails and waxing. Now when I visit a few months I still make sure to come here as I haven’t found a place quite like it. The opening hours are very convenient and there is no need to make appointments in advance if you have a hectic schedule. The results are always fantastic, everyone is friendly and sometimes they even stay longer to make sure you get everything done you need.

   First time in this salon, I booked on Treatwell and had a shellac manicure. Service was great! The man at front desk very friendly and kind, I ended up having my eyebrows threaded here by a lovely lady too. She really listened to what I wanted and gave me exactly what I showed her on a photo. I will be back again definitely.
