Went to get my nails done a week ago. They have already broken and fallen off

It was my first time going. Today I called the salon to make sure that the price on Treatwell app is right and Biab infill is £25. They said it's £30 now but will do £25 as it's not updated on the app yet. I booked for 2:30pm. Arrived and was told they're slightly behind schedule. 30 mins later I was really considering leaving - but couldn't have my nails done any other day next week so I said I'll give them chance. Finally after 40 it was my turn. The lady who was filing my nails probably isn't as experienced. She hurt me multiple times and the file kept going over my whole finger at times. After that she said they only have one UV lamp so they have to finish someone else's pedicure. So I had to wait another 20 mins. At this point I really wanted to leave. After this they switched and it was a man doing my nails. He did good job, but hurt me too couple times with nail file. He did mostly good job. I say mostly because the purple colour isn't on all the way to the top. My nails ended up super short, because of all the filing. Now the worst part - I got charged £40 because they did new set and the justification was 'it's only £10 more'. But that's not what I've asked for and what we agreed on! (£5 extra for colour which I wasn't told before hand either but ok I accept that) They were really nice and apologetic, but I've spent there 2.5h which is ridiculous. I'm never going back

I have had the most rude and horrible experience, I had to walk out. I went into get a routine shellac. The lady doing my nails was polite to begin with. She wanted to let me know that they provided other services, I thanked her for letting know, and mentioned that I use another salon for waxing, eyebrows etc. I then requested to know what were the in trend nail colours, and made it clear that I was only here to get my nails done. She then asked me again about my eyebrows, and I asked her why she kept insisting on talking about my eyebrows. She then insulted how my eyebrows looked. I was mortified and upset. This is not the first time I’ve received this treatment here. However I thought I would give them another chance as they are right next door. The lady who insulted me clearly has no training or self awareness. Or knowledge of how to interact with Women. Imagine telling someone they basically look terrible. Also the lady who insulted me did not look presentable. Salons should make Women feel good, and not use rude attempts to get more business.

Awful experience!! Do not use this salon for lip fillers!! You will regret it!!!! I had lip fillers done here a few weeks ago and I really regret it. I usually have fillers done at reputable clinics, that use juverderm, however, I found a good deal on Groupon for a new, more organic filler... I initially wanted 1ml of filler put in, however, after 1ml, the lips were uneven and one side was higher than the other. The lady (Lina) added more filler and although she says she used 2ml in total (which I paid for) I saw the syringe and there was still more than half a ml inside it. This was probably because she wanted to charge me for a full 2ml. I have had 2ml of filler done before and apart from a little swelling, I'm usually back to normal within a few days. This filler swelled my lips and face. It was awfully painful and I suffered for days/weeks. The skin around my mouth peeled and bled, the lips were unbearable to touch. I was so scared. 3 weeks on now, the skin around my mouth has gone black and patchy, my lips are completely uneven. There is no symmetry there whatsoever. I have contacted Lina and she has not been helpful. Other than dissolving the lips, she refused a refund or any other solution. In fact, she accused me of applying pressure on her, to add more filler. How disgusting of a 'professional' to accuse and blame the client, for the fact that they are incompetent and negligent. Now I ask you, who is the professional here? As a professional, if you're not comfortable doing something, why did you do it? I didn't hold a gun to your head, to inject me. It's because you knew you had given me uneven and bumpy lips, and could see how unhappy I was. Ladies, stay away!!! Do not use this clinic, unless you want awful, uneven, painful and messy lips. Appalling service and product!!!!

It was my first time here and I tried both the hollywood wax and the Natural Eyebrow Makeover. Both the therapists were very nice and professional and their work was amazing. I love my “new” eyebrows!
