It’s a shame that there is no 0 star option. The lady completely messed my eyebrow by chopping the tail. I was so upset I left crying. She was not apologetic which makes the situation so much worse. Run the opposite direction!
Had such a great experience today. Travelling from London it’s such a relief to be able to trust someone with your brows! Thanks ladies for my gorgeous brows and lashes! Will definitely be back :)
I can not even give a one star for a service I have received. The customer service not found. I have left the place without eye brows!!! Advice for everyone make sure you tell what you want because you wont have a chance to make a choice, even though I made it clear that I have never had the tint before!!!! Result- three hairs left of my eye brows!!! No name badges worn!!! Wondering why? The hygiene not found!!! I made it clear I am not happy not even an apology and still dear to charge me!!!!
bad service! the staff works carelessly, in a hurry and without criteria. they made my eyebrows really bad (picasso style if I have to give the idea). Probably the company cuts the staff hours, leaving two girls to manage busy times but despite this I believe that the staff should do their job well .
My shellac didn't even last one week without chipping...not coming back here for nails at all as they also charge £10 for removal which is very expensive. Eyebrows good though.
I came for a shape and colour for my nail extensions. And the lady barely filed my nails, did not do a great job at removing my previous colour. And put the shade I requested directly on to the nail without using a base. The nail polish brand is not of quality. Half the staff have an attitude. Barely smile. The lady who was doing my nails smiled once when I made a joke. And the other one who was on my right was super rude to the customer. And she obviously has a temper. Extremely over priced! Won’t be coming back again
Finally someone who can thread my eyebrows beautifully rather than blame their poor job on my eyebrows!! She listened, was gentle and meticulous. This will be my new eyebrow spot!
