Pathetic attitude of the owner. First instance - booked through treatwell and the owner cancelled. Second instance - booked through the owner directly and she kept us waiting by bumping other ladies ahead of us even though it was a confirmed appointment. Good luck with your customers you have definitely lost a customer.
Southbeach Day Spa has been my go to for the best Brazilian waxing and the most relaxing deep tissue massage. The spa is ran by the lovely Sam, her husband and their cute furry friends. I've been going to Sandi for my waxing and threading for over three years. Honestly, I've had waxing and threading all over the UK but it's hard to top Sandi, if she has time, she'll even remove ingrown hairs. She's awesome and keeps my eyebrows looking perfect. Recently, I had a deep tissue massage with SouthBeach's new masseuse, Nez. Genuinely incredible, I felt so relaxed!! She even did reflexology on my feet! As long as I'm in London, I won't go anywhere else!

Sandi was really nice and very thorough. I’m not big on small talk and I think she picked that up and so I was allowed to just close me eyes and relax… as much as one can whilst being waxed! She was very thorough and it wasn’t any more painful than I would expect from a wax. The other lady (I’m assuming owner) was lovely as well and very kind too. Will be back here in the future. I booked through Treatwell but will book directly in the future. Thank you!
Great eyebrow threading! However, super unreliable. I don’t think I have ever been seen on time. You can’t book online which is frustrating. This is 2022 people update your website !!
The beauty therapist who does my wax is amazing! She is quick and it is almost pain free. Unfortunately, I am unable to keep travelling here to be told my appointment has been rescheduled. This is the 3rd time I have come to this salon to be told by the receptionist that I will need to wait 30 minutes and that she changed the timing on Treatwell. Which she never does! When I told her she should really call to make those changes she then responded ‘I know’ well if you know then why didn’t you? I waste my time, petrol and money on parking coming here.
Love this salon on the Chiswick high road, lovely and golden after my first session, the sunbeds are modern and regularly cleaned. Everyone is very helpful and friendly and you get a lovely warm welcome as soon as you walk through the door! Highly recommend.
