   I purchased 6-metre boards from this company, and unfortunately, they arrived damaged — with bends, cracks, and holes, particularly at the ends. When I contacted customer service, I was told that this was “the nature of the product,” which I found unacceptable. The lack of accountability and poor response from their support team was disappointing. Based on my experience, I would not recommend using this company.

   Amazing place. First visit having had worktops and timber delivered in the past. Hardware shop sells everything and you can get board cut to size. Very busy and parking is interesting. Could have spent a few hours just looking at all the mouldings.

   Fantastic company. Good communication when speaking on the phone. Spoke to head office and Wigan store and very friendly staff. Fences arrived today and they look very high end. The cost was very low for a custom made panel and x3 standard sizes. The delivery driver was lovely “James” and carried the fences straight to my garden. Will be using them again in future!

   Pitiful people i order some fence panel and should be arrive in ,7 working days but in last i ask about some time window and this funny people said your order will be with you in next 2-3 weeks xd. No comments waste of time only...

   I'm over the moon with my purchase. I couldn't find anywhere that would sell me a 1m piece of worktop. Found Savoy Timber Ltd and they do loads with so many designs. My order was delivered two days early and wrapped brilliantly. No damage and just perfect. Well done Savoy Timber.

   Excellent service. Lisa in store extremely helpful. Ordered six internal doors Sunday afternoon and they were delivered Monday morning. Driver carried them in and stacked them neatly. Would highly recommend.
