   Disappointing interaction. I’ve been to this place a couple times before and had really nice haircuts with Valentina. I booked a haircut and was on a bus to get to the salon. When I boarded the bus, I was due to arrive on time. The bus got really delayed and I called the salon 10 minutes before the appointment to tell them at my ETA had gone up significantly and ask if there was anything I could do. They told me they had a strict cut off at 15 minutes, which is fair but told me there was nothing they could do to refund (even partially) or rebook the appointment. The people I spoke to on the phone were unhelpful even acknowledging that it wasn’t my fault and there wasn’t anything I could do but still saying they couldn’t help as “I’m not the one who’s late”. The lady I spoke to suggested getting out of the bus and getting an uber but noted that I still wouldn’t be able to get the service if I didn’t reach within 15 minutes of the appointment. Incredibly disappointing interaction with them. I quite liked this place before and was planning on coming back.

   Rebecca is honestly unreal at what she does, I don’t think I’ve ever been so happy with my highlights. Colour looks insane and had so many compliments on my hair. I’ll probably never go anywhere else!

   Such a wonderful salon! It’s so beautifully furnished, yet entirely unpretentious. They use high quality products and price their services very reasonably, especially considering the bougie area. Hannah is such a blonde expert and always gives me exactly what I want - I’m so happy I found her!

   I had the most wonderful experience here getting my hair done! I had Claudia looking after me from start to finish and I could not recommend her more, even though all other girls in the salon at the time were so lovely, welcoming and chatty. It felt like getting ready for a night out with your best girl friends

   I love coming to this salon for my hair treatments. Not only is it beautifully designed, but they stock and use Kevin Murphy which is a relief as most salons promote hair ranges that contain sulfates. My stylist Hannah is incredibly talented. She helped me with a severe colour correction and is working on helping to improve the health and condition of my very broken and damaged hair (from a dodgy appointment at another salon). There is also a fabulous coffee shop down the road if you are early to your appointment.
