Lazy haircutting. I came in for a cut due to split ends and somehow left with MORE split ends than I started with, plus uneven bangs. Stylist did not do any consultation beyond "how many inches", didn't use any product or heat protection, and didn't check the evenness of the cut, show me a mirror, or even brush my hair after drying. The whole thing only lasted 20 minutes, and then I had to trim the long, uneven hairs myself when I got home. I don't usually write reviews but this was really disappointing - and £45 for new damage is upsetting.
I asked for layers and basically got two different haircuts. It looked awful! The stylist also cut off far more than I asked for. When I emailed the salon (with photos) asking them to correct it free of charge, I got no response. When I emailed again for a refund, no response. I ended up having to go to another salon, paying again to get it fixed.
Carlos, Fantastic as always everything I wanted in my cut and style and much more! Helena colour is a amazing thank you for time and care and eyebrows are on ‘Point’.....! Everybody is so kind and caring and very genuine. They all care about there clients and deliver exceptional service showing their quality of expertise and experience.. Carlos you know my head of hair better than me . I arrived smiling and left the salon floating on air of happiness. Thank you guys and everyone at Vita. See you all soon!!!!
