I have been getting my nails done with Kat at Skip the Filter for 2 years now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! She is the best and such a perfectionist which I LOVE. It really is the best manicure in London! I get biab and a Russian manicure which is just so clean and I’m obsessed.
This salon is amazing. The quality of their work lasts a long time. The service is excellent every single time. They’re consistent and reliable. On top of that, everyone here is just warm and genuinely lovely. Highly recommend!
I’ve been going for around six months now and each BIAB set I get on my natural nails are always flawless. I’ve never had a Russian manicure before until going here and i don’t think I can never not get it. Koni takes the most meticulous care of my nails each and every time. I genuinely can’t believe sometimes that these are my natural nails! Koni and everyone are so friendly and welcoming that I always look forward to my next appointment.
I had gels done here by Kat, she was so friendly and chatty and her care and attention to detail when doing my nails was amazing. Every recommendation she gave me about nail shape and what colour polishes would suit what I’m after were so spot on, she really cares about making sure you leave with exactly what you were imagining. I love a clean simple nail and I got exactly that. The space itself is gorgeous too, I’m so happy I found this place!
I've been waiting for customer service like this for so long. The skill and the banter of Kat is unbeatable. She did a strengthen of my nails and I've never had such a great experience. The cutical oil she uses is really premium and she recommended such useful tips on how to keep my hands in best shape. Definitely try this place! She even gives you cuttings of her plants if you ask her nice enough. 10/10 will be back.
What a fantastic experience visiting this salon! I have booked my appointment through a friend who already knows the salon. She referred me and I straight away messaged them on Instagram about my nail situation. They were happy to discuss with me what my expectations and possibilities are way in advance of my appointment which I really appreciated. They’ve also created a price list customised to my list of requests and sent that to me in advance too alongside a nice discount for referral. When I ave arrived to the appointment I was very pleased that Kat wasn’t rushing me at all with my decisions about my nails. She was very patient with me and helped me decide too. She works to great detail which I really love! She’s very cheerful and focused at the same time! A perfectionist - I find that’s very important in a nail artist and Kat is just that! I’d recommend this salon to all ladies that care for detail and love a friendly attitude. I had a chance to meet the other beauticians too and they are also very lovely. Thank you!
