Went in for an eyebrow wax and tint - absolutely love the outcome they’re exactly what I wanted. Ines made me feel very comfortable and relaxed and we chatted away. I’ll absolutely be back for other treatments as well as my brows!

Managed to snag a last minute appointment for waxing. Ines was friendly and completely accommodating. She’s clearly very knowledgeable and won’t hesitate to answer any questions about procedures. Best of all, the waxing was pain free. I’ll definitely be booking again.
I would just like to give an update about my eyebrows. Ysis tattooed my eyebrows at the end of 2021. It was a disaster, asymmetric and too dark eyebrows. She never apologized and never refunded me. I have had this tattoo for more than a year, I had to consult a dermatologist specializing in tattoo removal to perform laser sessions. I am on my 3rd tattoo removal session, and the tattoo is still not gone. According to the dermatologist's report, Ysis would have used a very poor quality red pigment, which turns red in the long term. In addition, she would have tattooed very deep into my skin (like a real permanent tattoo) which caused the permanent partial loss of my natural eyebrows and a red pigment that is very difficult to remove despite the laser sessions. Don't make the same mistake I did in trusting Ysis. Ysis should be banned from doing permanent makeup. She ruined my face with this tattoo. A simple 180£ tatoo, is now costing me 600£ in laser session for tatoo removal. And despite all that money spent, the red tattoo is still there and people keep telling me "what happened to your eyebrows." I hope my review will be helpful.
Very good experience. Ines was quick and efficient , making sure I felt comfortable during the entire appointment. The products she used are really good - happy to see no inflammation or little red dots after the waxing :) will be back!

Booked an appointment at Ysis beauty for treatment for acne scarring, which was recommended to me by a friend. Ines did my initial consultation ( free of charge ) . I'm so happy I chose to go with Ysis beauty, Ines was so friendly and so informative, she talked me through the whole process and explained all the benefits and talked me through any side effects that could happen. Luckily, I had none and my results are amazing. I had the 1 Profhilo treatment I still have another session to go and my skin has never looked better. As a man, I felt a little weird walking into a mostly feminine environment but felt at ease when Ines assured me other men do this too and saw another walk in 10 mins into my appointment. Highly recommend Ines! Great service!
Ines is very friendly, professional and efficient therapist. She explains every step of the treatment and talks to you during the treatment which makes you comfortable and relaxed.
