   Extremely pathetic service. They are scammers. Charged me a £50 deposit for booking and didn’t remove it from my bill when I asked them for a refund they said we can’t do you were 15mins late. This isn’t the first time. They usually have discount days the last time I visited when I asked for the discount knowing it WAS the discount day the reception lady just put it off conveniently by saying we’re not having discount day today. Absolutely zero customer service. Cherry on top came home with cuticles cut so deep, 3 of my nails were hurting and now there’s a dried out brown blood on them. Never going back here again. Old red nail color still shining bright through my new manicure. Pictures attached. Focus on cuticles and pathetic manicure.

   I called in today to get an appointment and they managed to fit me in. I was super happy with how they did my nails because I specifically look for hard gel nail salons, all the girls in the salon were so friendly, fun and lively! I felt so comfortable. They also managed to fit in a last minute lash lift which was also done so so well. I’m so happy with the service and will 100% be going back :) Also pricing was super reasonable, worth every penny.

   My absolute go-to place for nails in London. Nail prep, cuticule work and nail colour are done to the highest standard. Klaudia is very attentive and recommended me to try infill overlay and it did magic. The colour doesn’t come off at all and it lasted for over a month. Also my natural nails have never been able to grow to this length before. Definitely would recommend Fyre, it’s amazing.

   I just had a hydrating Keratin treatment with fabulous Stella and my hair is looking amazing. It is so shiny, healthy and beautiful. She is such a dedicated hairdresser, she works methodically and takes her time to do her job the best as it can be. I had burnt endings and dry hair and she brought it back to live! Her haircuts are also so stylish and gorgeous to make you look like movie star. She has a lot of knowledge, experience and excellent work ethics. Magical. I highly recommend Stella!

   UPDATED : I have changed my original 1 star to 4 as after leaving my review GM did get in touch with me with an apology and offered to get my nails fixed. This time I did have my nails done by Svetlana and she did an amazing job( red nails). The receptionist/manager did apologise this time and was very polite and welcoming, and I got a bit of that Fyre feeling again, which is why I have been going to this salon for a long time. The sad part is that this all could have been avoided if I did get my nails done by the perosn I requested when booking. Hopefuly a good leson for the management to not change things last minute without warning the customer. -------------------------------------------- Standars have changed! I have been going to this salon for ages , mainly to get my nails done. Now all the great technicians have left, the new manager is rude and u professional. Firstly, I called and booked over phone asking 3 times to be booked with a certain person which was confirmed. Then when I arrived I was handed to another technician. Then halfway through gel overlay, the lady had to leave . She started doing the gel in one technique, and the lady that took over started another technique on top of the previous laddies work. Also , a manicure is included in the price . Which I DID NOT GET, they DIDNT EVEN Cut MY CUTICLES! When it came to paying I expressed to the manager that I am not happy, the cuticles weren’t even touched. She just looked at me and said : next time I’ll book you with the lady I asked for. When I highlighted that I did ask for that lady at this appointment, she just looked at me and said : yea, I know! SHE DIDNT EVEN APOLOGISE! Made me still pay for the horrible service. When I got home I noticed many other things that are wrong with my nails, honestly I could’ve done a better job. All the good technicians have left. I used to go there and pay the overpriced prices because it was truly lovely and always done with high standards and now it’s just going downhill!

   Was in the area as I took my daughter for a mother daughter day out. Wanted to pamper her and took her to get her nails done. As busy as they were they made time to quickly get her in to paint her nails. Incredible service. Made my daughter so happy! Will be coming back for sure!! All the staff were lovely especially the owner! Thumbs up :)
