   The WORST EXPERIENCE I have ever had! I wanted to have the highlights and a haircut done, wanted to book it via Treawell app. Called Marhaba to see if I needed a patch test. They told me that I don't and said I could come and have the highlights/cut done on the day and that they will give me a better price than Treatwell app. I changed all my plans, waited till 4pm and came at 4pm as agreed. As soon as I came in I was told they will just look at my hair and will book me in for tomorrow! I explained that it was booked for today. They couldn't care less. Offered to come on working days which didn't work for me but their attitude was like "oh well". I was upset that they WASTED MY TIME and acted like they are not doing anything wrong! They were not even looking at me, acted like I m disturbing them. I asked for a price check and they said it will be £125 whereas the app was saying £105. The lady that was doing someone's hair said "Let her book via the app then". So rude! Helloooo my appointment is todaaay! Then she said okay £100. They tried to book me for the next weekend but they were also not interested much in this and kept saying everyone is on holiday and switched to their language a lot. This place is a joke! Also it doesn't look nice. The picture on Treatwell is well polished with Photoshop. Thanks for wasting my day! P.S. I noticed the business replied saying I misunderstood them. No, I didn't. I initially was calling to see if I need to come for a patch test. I was told I don't need it but but was offered to come for the highlights and the cut on the day. I also mentioned the app price over the phone which was £105 and wanted to clarify it and was told they could give me a better price. They actually offered to do the work today if I could make it by 4pm. No misunderstanding here at all. The customer service is really really bad in this place. I can't believe they continue changing the story even on my review!

   Feeling beautiful and refresh after my anti ageing facial Spa. Was looking classic at my wedding day with my wash and blow dry hair by Roberto. The price is amazingly affordable. You don't really need a fancy wedding hair style. As long as your hair is clean and dry and it just glow naturally. Thank you

   I had the best hair dresser experience I've honestly ever had at Marhaba Beauty Clinic. From the moment I arrived to a welcoming team, to the wonderful Roberto who cuts hair amazingly, it was truly refreshing. I had long, weighted curls that needed a revamp and Roberto recommended the 'curl 'cut, and my goodness, it came out better than I could have ever imagined, I LOVE IT!! I truly recommend their services and would be back in a heartbeat.

   I had an AMAZING experience here!!! I had Roberto do my hair. He was wonderful and did a fantastic job! He gave me advice, was so easy to talk to, and was super funny! He listened to what I wanted and also gave me his professional opinion. There was another lady that worked there and she was SO nice and great to chat with as well. For the price and the product, I 100% would recommend them! I will definitely be going back! I now understand what people mean when they say they have a regular hair stylist that they love!!!!

   I’ve been coming here for a while for electrolysis treatments. I’ve received treatment from all the wonderful ladies and they are great. I have most of my appointments with Wahida who is absolutely AMAZING! She knows what she is doing, takes special care of you and is extremely attentive. I’m seeing great results and love coming here!!

   I started with Wahida a few years ago electrolysis. She is very precise with her work as I don’t have many visible hairs! She is an expert a pro, very professional and always greets you with a big smile! I would highly recommend her to anybody coming into the salon! She also does other treatments ! Highly recommended 10/10!!!!

   I did a keratin treatment on the top of my head and an Olaplex conditioning on the bottom. I am super happy with the result. Everyone was super nice at the Clinic, I had so much fun, they offered me a few times something to drink and Raquel is a legend. She took care of my hair very well :) Definitely will come back
