I booked a massage for me and a hydrafacial for my fiancée. It's not our first time here and we both always really enjoy the moment we share there and the staff is very welcoming. We'll surely get back here the next time we travel to London.
My sister and I got hydrafacials together (I also got ear candling & she got her eyebrows threaded), and the set up was nice as we were allowed to be in the same room, and our technicians were lovely. However, both of our skin after the hydrafacial felt a lot dryer and my pores look a lot more visible with my skin on my cheek and chin peeling, despite trying to save it with 8-hour cream. I am unsure whether this is due to the equipment, the products that were used, or the execution of the facial but sadly we have both felt that our skin is worse after the facial!
Popped in for an express facial and honestly it was such a good experience. The therapist took her time with the blackhead removal — it wasn’t rushed or painful, and my skin felt super fresh afterwards. You can actually see and feel the difference right away. Perfect little reset in the middle of a busy week. Will definitely go back next month.
Lovely salon - treated me so nicely with a last minute booking and even squeezed me within the hour so I could make a lunch with some friends. Really happy with the quality of the finish. Highly recommend!

Amazing experience ! This was my very first Brazilian wax and Sue made me feel very comfortable. Very professional service. Salon is very clean and in an ideal location.
I had my eyebrows and upper lip wax and a gel manicure here and they were amazing. Very welcoming and friendly and both services have been done very well. I have just moved to the area so I'm looking for my new regular salon, and I found it :) thank you and see you again soon!
I'm sorry that I have to write a bad review but I'm pretty disappointed with the gel manicure that I got here. I have had gel manicures last up to 5 weeks from other salons and this one started chipping on 3 different nails within one week. I would have gone back but I was only in London for a few days unfortunately. The lady who did them was very nice and took her time with the manicure, and the friend that I went with didn't have the same chipping issue. So maybe I just picked a bad polish. It was the color "worth a pretty penne," so don't use that one if you do go. I wish I could get my money back, I was very excited for the durability of a gel polish, and I was left pretty disappointed :(
