   visited the store today, i use to go to chester store many years ago, be able to find anything you are looking for, with customer support and guidance, however its no wonder why this store is so quiet with no customers going in, when you walk past, i wanted to ask if they got a particular radiator key an item failed to get right size online i was looking for, woman asked me what was i looking for , so i explained but before i could finish my sentence she rudely interupted me saying she only has 1 kind in manner im not interested go away, so she could not let me finish what i am asking, ....i just walked straight out, HOW RUDE

   Bought a item and found it to be faulty, Handy Jacks point blank refused to give a refund and wanted to give a credit note only or exchange for other products. Trading standards have been informed.
