8/08/25- myself and my 3 bridesmaid gotten our hair & makeup done for my special day / wedding cannot fault su for a beautiful job such a kind and caring person and made us feel special would recommend anyone to go to her for there hair & makeup to get done for there special day worth the money not expensive cannot thankyou enough for all you did for us well and truly such an amazing talent and lady !
genuinely the worst and most painful experience ever. I told her i wanted it waxed, she said she will need to thread a “little bit” and proceeds to roughly thread my eyebrows whilst breaking the thread 3 times. the customer service was very rude
Surabhi is the best. This is the best salon In Croydon. Surabhi knows how to give the best eyebrow shape. You feel so comfortable and welcome. She is amazing with her suggestions for hair, skin nails pretty much everything. I strongly recommend.
Such a lovely experience! Went in for a haircut (which is beautiful) and came out with my eyebrows done and lashes! All at a reasonable price. Thank you Sur!
I always go here cause I am treated with care and respect. It makes a change for a beautician to care about how you look. My nails look great and so do my eyelashes. I don't go anywhere else cause these ladies make me feel pampered every time. Thank you. Xxx
Today I had facial first time at this Salon and I was over the moon.Samna the beautician gave me facial hour time and my God felt extremely good. She took time advising my facial skin and was thorough with her treatment. Its been 8 hours now and face still glows. Well worth the money and will visit again.
I've been going to Sur since she was based in Streatham and still travel to her for my eyebrows and waxing appointments. She is very thorough and fast, which is good when you are short of time. Love the way she does my threading and brow tinting - it always looks great and I get lots of compliments for them. You can always trust Sur, 100% recommend.
Terrible! Definitely wouldn't recommend! I got a gel manicure and only a few days later it had started peeling - they told me when I was getting it done that it would last me at least two weeks. When I went back they refused to redo it for me, I then just asked her to take what was left off and she told me I would have to pay for it. There's no way I will be giving them anymore of my money. Do not go there!
