   I got my eyebrows done here and I’m really happy with the results! The staff were friendly, professional, and took their time to make sure the shape was perfect. The salon was clean and welcoming too. Definitely coming back again!

   Just had eyebrow lamination and it is amazing! I have lovely eyebrows for the first time ever! My eyebrows are so thin normally and now they look thick. Amazing, I am so pleased.

   Horrible place! Only visit if you want to ruin ur eyebrows. Staff are unprofessional and super unhygienic, she wiped her hands all over my face and used the same wax stick as she had been using all day. Didn’t see her clean her hands once before putting them all over my face and then proceeded to rip off half of my eyebrow when i had only asked for the smallest clean up. I’m beyond horrified at my eyebrows, not to mention the absolute rip off. I will never in my life visit this salon again and I cannot understand how they are still in business. The most inattentive and rude staff i’ve ever met and they do not care for their customers needs , only whatever they believe is right . AWFUL PLACE DO NOT VISIT

   I’ve visited the shop once or twice before in the past and it was absolutely fine. However, i went in on Saturday 29th June to get my eyebrows waxed. the lady carried out the waxing absolutely fine and then threaded the last few hairs and again all seemed fine apart from one point when i thought ‘ouch, that must have been a thick hair’ Upon returning home after, i took a closer look at my eyebrows (expecting some redness, which i know is normal) when i then saw 2 cuts/grazes on my eyebrows. looking closer the skin had been caught/taken off and the lady didn’t say anything to me I would have mentioned this in the shop if i had seen it at the time but i could not notice as there was redness there already from the wax

   I have been going to them just under 2 years now and I've never been disappointed. I am extremely happy with the eye brows treading service and the wait time to very short. I would highly reccomend to check them out....they also got lots of other services, which I'm looking to try out. Very ideal location as well.

   I went in for eyebrow threading and I had Pallavi do my eyebrows. She made them a beautiful shape. I also had the golden facial and an Indian head massage. Pallavi was amazing and really made my skin look beautiful. She is so gentle and really makes you feel comfortable. The Indian head massage was super relaxing and I felt so relaxed after. I will definitely be back :)

   So my experience has been 10/10, very nice ladies. I walked in as new customer and I will stay, so first eyebrows have been recommended word of mouth… I am very specific and they really met my standard which is very rare. Extremely happy! Also, I wanted to have mehndi done and the girl stayed behind as I just saw her leaving she got undressed and gladly sat down to do my hand, customer service like this goes a long way! They also gave me tips and tricks on how to make the colour last longer. Overall, I received a loyalty card and a discount, thank you very much for good service I will be sure to try out the wedding makeup.

   Terrible customer service… I have been going here since I moved in Wallington. The customer service has always been extremely poor, but it’s just the convenience of being able to pop in to have my eyebrows done after work every now and again in few minutes. I don’t really have much to complain regarding the treatment itself, the eyebrows are quite well shaped and the eyelid cleared. However, the need more people or they need to learn how to manage more than 1 customer at once. The other day I was left standing at the till because the lady stopped serving in the middle to attend another customer… I had to make a bank transfer as their card machine wasn’t working, keep in mind that I asked when I walked in if I could use the card, NO apologies for the inconvenience, but annoyance that I didn’t have a physical card on me to go and withdraw. I just wanted to pay and get out, but she would not allow me to leave until she could check the payment went through on her phone, even though I showed her the receipt on mine stating that the payment was successful. On top of it, instead of checking she would address other people and leave me there standing. They clearly make up the price as they go, the lady she started servicing asked for a quote on a hairstyle and she was told £75+ even though the week before the same beautician had quoted her. £35. I will have to find a new convenient salon I can go to

   I had eye lash extensions done here and they look terrible! I wish I could give no stars. Lashes were glued into my lid rather than onto my own single eyelash. There are clumps of black glue at the root of my eyelash- it honestly looks terrible. The lady who did my lashes definitely didn’t know what she was doing. She told me to go home and wash the glue off! I have never heard of getting lashes done and then having to go home and wash the glue off- usually they’d tell you to avoid water/steam. Honestly terrible! Pictures don’t even show how bad it is! But this was the WORST!
