   We visited this lovely Beauty Spa during our recent London trip. It is run by a lovely couple Nick & Ya Ya. Both of them are very friendly and welcoming. Yaya has great manicure & pedicure skills while the other staff, Nadia, is great at her massage skills. The salon is 2 mins walk from Hampstead’s Underground which is super convenient. The salon is rather small however it is full of friendly neighbourhood vibe which we enjoy a lot. The price is reasonable so we will definitely visit again.

   Just had a wonderful facial with Ya Ya. This is a small salon in Hampstead - an area where so many spas and beauticians are over-priced and not that good. Q&Y is the total opposite and provides great service with lovely staff. I cannot recommend highly enough.

   I absolutely love coming to this spa. All the staff are so lovely. Betty always gives me the most amazing pedicure. Today I brought my boyfriend with me for his first ever pedicure and he loved every minute of it! Highly recommended!

   Been using Q&Y spa since they opened and have to say how brilliant it is! The team are all super friendly and have worked hard during the pandemic to offer their services. I mainly use them for massages which have really helped me relieve tension in my bad back. The spa is clean and Covid compliant, with staff wearing masks and cleaning after each customer. Excellent service would recommend to anyone!
