    My nails are ok but not at the standard I would expect for the high price point of £70 for Biab. I was surprised that the proper biab application wasn’t used considering this price and my nails are a bit patchy (e.g using a separate brush, applying a slip layer, and then the small bead, sometimes putting the hand upside down). Unfortunately the vibe was off and unwelcoming from the moment I walked in, I had to just sit and wait whilst cleaning around the salon was done or whilst the nail artist was telling the other team member what to clean and the whole experience was quite awkward…

    I went to Pura today because I had not had a great experience at another nail bar and i was not happy with my nails one bit. What a fabulous salon. Jessica the owner was absolutely lovely and welcoming to me and Angie who did my nails was a perfectionist. She did a wonderful job and is absolutely fantastic. I am so happy I have finally found a business that gives a personal touch and a great service. I will obviously be a regular now. Thank you xxxx

    Lovely salon! The place is clean, bright and open - super welcoming and relaxing being there. I did my nails with Phoebe and I can't recommend her enough. She's amazing - friendly and personable. Phoebe is super attentive to details and made sure my nails are as neat as possible despite having very thick cuticles from not being taken care of for so long. Great selection of gel colours. I'm so pleased with the result and felt so put together. Good pricing too. Highly recommend!

    Best manicure I’ve ever had! Such lovely amazing women who clearly know what they’re doing. Always love supporting a female owned business. They made me feel so welcome and pampered. Incredible range of gel colours which was the icing on the cake. Can’t wait to go back!

    I went to Pura for the first time today and the ladies were absolutely lovely. Really friendly, welcoming and helped me to relax, which was amazing as I am pregnant and really needed the pampering. I had a manicure and pedicure, which were really well done and my eye brows tinted, which again turned out great. Would definitely recommend. Great customer service goes a long way ☺️

    The place is absolutely beautiful and the experience amazing. They are friendly and welcoming and the service is great. Me and my mum had manicures done and the end result just beautiful. Great staff, good conversation during the manicure, great place, we were offered drinks which is a nice touch, felt welcomed and overall just brilliant. Definitely recommend x
