Within less than 30 minutes, she went straight to the point, found the solution, and what impressed me most was her transparency and no excuses, just clear and honest communication. Thanks to this level of professionalism, I’ll definitely be buying from them again.

   Be careful buying from them, website uses images of wrong products to make you think you are getting a better than you do. Asked for. Refund because of this and was told I would be charged £12 to return items. Poor customer service. Not very helpful to resolve an issue at all.
