   The first couple of times I went to Sonia it was good however the next couple of times I was a bit picky with my eyebrows as they weren’t equal or there were some hair missing or too much was cut off. I then asked Sonia to fix it for me and she got really grumpy and just put gel on my eyebrows to finish the job. I gave the benefit of the doubt and went again and Sonia didn’t even say hi to me and ignored me which I found really rude and no Customer Service. I’m always kind and just because I want my eyebrows the way I want doesn’t make me a difficult customer, It’s what I’m paying for. Won’t be coming back and don’t recommend. There is Abi’s salon down the road which is better.

   I’ve been going to Sonia for my brows and honestly, she never disappoints. She really knows how to shape eyebrows to suit your face, and the results are always clean, precise, and flawless. She’s gentle, professional, and genuinely talented at what she does. Highly recommend.

   I have been going to Sonia’s for years and she’s always great - I’ve had pretty much every treatment from Hollywood wax, to facials and eyebrow threading. She is really lovely and most of the therapists she has working for her are also very very good. If it’s your first time, just ask for Sonia to do your eyebrows! A lady called Reeda did my eyebrows today and she was really really good!

   ZERO STARS! I have been coming here for a while for eyebrow threading with no issues. However, today when I attended, Irda was the only person working and lots of people were waiting. Once my treatment finished I immediately highlighted she’s caused an huge gap in my right eyebrow. Irda refused to take any responsibility and suggested it’s how my hair must grow even though I have been here multiple times and never had this issue before! As per the attached pictures you can see I have a precise strike through my eyebrow which you could only create with thread! DO NOT GO HERE!

   Walked out with severe burns to eyebrow and eyelids. Woman admitted after I stopped her that she does not know how to wax eyebrows so repeatedly waxed and ripped the same spot. Left with severe pain and burns. Seeking legal advice. Clearly not qualified and very dangerous!

   I have been going to Sonia's saloon for years and I fully appreciate her excellent service with a smile. I completely recommend her for all waxing needs- will not go anywhere else. Her eyebrow treading is to perfection. I absolutely love her work. I highly recommend Sonia's salon to anyone. The staff are very talented and extremely patient.

   It’s worst experience of my life. Parlour was very filthy. Staff with no ethics & no professionalism. It seems they were experimenting on my hairs to get some training. They took 7 hours to do styling & cutting my hairs. Used bleach twice & had gossip with each other at every step. Once I was soo tired from their unprofessional attitude that I was about to leave but they pushed me with very cheap tactics & I don’t know why I let them carry on. The girl who was doing my hairs was stinky & left the process in middle. Another women took over and she wasn’t even had a clue what to do. “*People please avoid this parlour otherwise you’ll loose you hairs.”* Now I’m trying hard to bring mine to normal level. & asking myself that why I end up in such a dirty & unprofessional place.
