Terrible. Unprofessional! I had bio sculpture nails done today. The top coat wasn’t even bio sculpture. Nails look lumpy and thick. I feel like a little girl who made an attempt at painting her nails for the first time. Can’t wait to have these removed. The place itself needs a clean!

Techs are nice but only know two nail shapes/ styles, phone is never answered so you have to wait for a call back for any service/question/ appointment and you can never tell if they're even open without physically visiting.
I love this salon, it's got a great atmosphere, the staff are lovely and the treatments are excellent. The salon and all the equipment is very good quality, it's incredibly clean as well as relaxing. Every treatment has been brilliant with noticeable results.
