   This Salon doesnt even deserve the 1 star. I booked an appointment for my mother to get her hair done as I wanted to surprise her to a treat and I specifically asked them to do her hair lighter as it had gone very dark and when I went back to pick her up her hair was even darker than the original colour she had and frizzy. When I told them she isnt happy with the colour, the lady turned around and said this is what we could do. They shouldnt have even touched the hair if they couldnt achieve what we asked for. Which ofc could be achieved as I have worked in salons in the past and have seen it. AVOID AVOID! Do dont spend your money and time in this salon believe me not worth it

   I've been coming to Ziba for years and I love it. I mostly come for acrylics/infills and Shima is amazing, she does them so well and she's so lovely. Everyone at Ziba is so nice and the salon is always so clean. I'd totally recommend! x
