Lily is wonderful, and the man who runs the shop is super helpful. I tend to go to Lily but I have had a few different people do my nails and they are all great. Fast service, great prices and options to pay card or cash! Thank you Lily for this design, nails are BIAB.

Terrible experience and service. I came to do a full set and literally the day after the nails were chipped. I went back days later to fix it and the same thing happened again. Once again, I went back to fix it and for the 3rd time the same thing happened again, my nail chipped. When I returned to the shop they refused to fix it or take accountability and they accused me of biting my nails or purposely ruining my nails so I could get them redone and this was absolutely not the case.i felt extremely hurt and embarrassed that they would not even apologise and on top of that accused me of ruining my own nails. Very disappointing service I will NOT be going back here . Please see the photos, mind you this is all in the space of a week
The service in here is just impeccable. All the staff members are friendly and great to communicate with, they’re so talented and open to custom designs. I came in January as well and I was just as pleased! This may become the only salon I go to now. Couldn’t recommended more!
Amazing customer service as always!! Nails and feet always last for a very long time-high quality products used.
I asked for almond nails.. came out fat rounded square. had 3 different technicians as they kept passing me round. £32 wasted
