Sold me an expensive KeraCare product that was 50% water even though the bottle said "Now more creamier than ever". When I went to exchange 2 weeks later these scam artists tried to say to me I had raised the issue too late and said it was over a month after I'd bought it when any 6 year old could calculate it had been 2 weeks and I was well within my rights to demand a exchange or refund. They then said they couldn't make the decision and the boss was at a meeting all day apparently. Disgusting people with a weak moral compass.
