   Booked an appointment for wash and press on the website it said it would be £30. Went to the appointment and was told the time and date was moved to the next day. The amendment of my appointment via email rather than a call or a text. Got there for my appointment time there was one person doing about 5 peoples hair and waited 10mins just to be told that the service will be £106 because I have 4c hair rather than relaxed. Which was disappointing and embarrassing for me to be put in this situation in front of a room full of people that I wasn’t able to afford the appointment and had to leave without getting the service that I was expecting twice in two days.

   I recently visited the salon for a cut and color, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. I was initially a bit nervous, but Lathaniel took the time to talk me through the process and reassured me every step of the way. He also provided some great tips on how to better care for and maintain my hair, which I really appreciated. The final result was a beautifully styled look that I absolutely love. Overall, Lathaniel is a fantastic stylist, and I would highly recommend him to anyone!

   Did not specifically go there as a customer but was waiting on someone whilst observing customer service. The staff were warm and friendly and very informative. Atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming and by the response of clients going out they were indeed getting things right.

   So professional! Moved to Kent but still have to come here to get my hair cut. Will not even try anywhere else! Amazing every time. Hair cut is personalised to suit me. My hair falls lovely after my hair is done here! Amazing advice always given when I have a problem with my hair. It was thinning and after following advice given by Lathaniel and treatment advice my hair is much more healthy. He knows his stuff. Never disappointed when I visit this hair salon. Thank you so much as always x

   In November 2018 I attended Lathaniel's salon in need of TLC for my hair and indeed that is what I got. I had an initial consultation and then an appointment made to get my hair treated and relaxed I would definitely recommend this salon for the care and individual attention given. The salon is the perfect place to go and the ambience is relaxing. I have had two appointment but due to circumstances beyond my control I was unable to keep them, but I will try again. Thank you for giving my hair hope.

   Exceptional Service Provided I have been doing my hair with Lathaniel from before he opened Lathaniel's Couture so that must show you how much I trust him and his team with my hair which is natural and has always been natural. On arrival you always get a warm welcome from the Staff and the other Clients to. This Salon comes highly recommendable for all your hair care needs!!

   I've been going to Lathaniel's Couture for years from it first opened and also prior to the shop opening. I must say the service is amazing! The shop is always pleasant and clean and staff are very attentive. I always get a routine relaxer, trim and treatment and im always impressed with the outcome of my hair health, feel and look once leaving. Lathaniel's Couture offers great tips on hair care for maintaining a salon look and feel at home. Also provides a hair consultation on everyone appointment and will advise you on what the best approach is to maintain/regain healthy hair. The price is great. and definitely worth the money for the service receieved. Would strongly recommend this salon to anyone with any type of hair texture. European/Afro Hair and Mixed textures.

   I’ve been getting my natural hair done at Lathaniel’s Couture for over a year now. From regular treatments to colour. They take the time out to make sure they’re caring for your hair both in the salon, and providing you with everything you need to take care of it inbetween appointments. Not to mention the relaxing atmosphere and lovely decor. Highly recommended!
