Booked an appointment with Freda. On arrival I was told she will not be in till later. Poor customer service as lady had no idea of my appointment. Definitely would not recommend to anyone. Just think it's hyped up. Plus staff were speaking in their own language which was completely unprofessional. Please do not go there to get your hair done. I found a professional hairstylist in on 129 Stansted road forest hill. London. Excellent customer service.
Hands Down, best hairdresser I’ve been. Freda takes her time on each customer. In the salon is so homely too. You won’t regret your visit at all.
