I recently had a keratin treatment done by Sou and my hair looks amazing! It was so dry and frizzy before but now it looks healthy and shiny, I’ve had lots of compliments! Sou is a lovely person who always makes you feel welcome when you come into the salon. If you’re in the Dulwich area and are looking for a hairdresser I would really recommend her.
I don’t like leaving bad review but unfortunately my experience here was terrible. The cut was much shorter than I requested, it’s very uneven, and I’m really upset with the result. I mentioned my concerns during the appointment, but it was too late to correct. I didn’t realise how bad it was until I got home, I wish I could get a refund. Very unprofessional, I wouldn’t recommend.
I recently visited this salon for a facial. I was treated fantastically with a very experienced beautician. Not only this, I rang up 30 mins before my appointment and they had availability. This salon is very much hidden but have great treatments such as 'hydrafacial' after my facial I received the BEST massage on my face, neck and shoulders I felt so looked after and very much glad I chose this salon I have also had my hair trimmed here before last year- which was also a great experience

I have carribean hair. My roots are thick and difficult to manage. I come from Croydon to professional Balayage for a keratin treatment. Love love love. I look fabulous. You have to make Balayage in East Dulwich the place to be, to sort out all hair request, from this caring and supportive team.
Always happy with haircut and colour at Balayage – my hairdresser is lovely – but the owner/receptionist ruins the service. I ring to book and confirm price but when it comes to paying at the end of my appt, she ALWAYS tries to charge more than agreed, an extra £5 or £10. I have to haggle to the already agreed price. It's tiring and unprofessional. If she does it one more time, I'm not going back. Also only accepts cash, which seems a bit sketchy in this day and age.
I went to this salon in July to get layers (dry cut) in my hair and I was so happy with the outcome! It's November now, the layers are still clearly visible and people are complimenting my hair still. Esma was my hairdresser and I'll go back to her again. Highly recommended.
I had an amazing balayage and cut from Karolina, she took such intricate care of my hair and had thought about the colourings excellently. My hair has never looked better, would highly recommend.
Great salon. Every stylist that I've had there has given me a really good cut and blow dry. They listen to what you want and offer good advice. I also find the prices to be reasonable. As well as hair, I've had my eyebrows tinted and was happy with the results.
