    Amber at Elira Skin London is truly magical! From the moment you step into her beauty studio, she makes you feel calm, cared for, and completely at ease. She carefully reviewed my consultation form and took the time to discuss my needs so the treatment was completely bespoke to me. The facial itself was amazing — gentle, thorough, and deeply relaxing. I felt my shoulders and neck tension melt away, and I even drifted off a couple of times because I was so relaxed. The background music, her calming approach, and the way she moved seamlessly through each step made the whole experience wonderful. My skin felt absolutely glowing afterwards, and the aftercare was excellent. Amber followed up with an email full of personalised advice and product recommendations, which I really appreciated.
