Been going here for years but over the last 12 months the quality has really dropped I will need to find somewhere else to go. Shellac nails are inconsistent - sometimes good sometimes they chip away immediately. They also damaged my nails quite badly when removing. The worst experiences are with normal polish manicures that over the last 2 times I did them I had to redo myself within less than a day because of polish chipping away. See photo of nails 20 hours after manicure and I have not done anything (no cleaning house, no exercise etc).

I've been here twice for shellac manicures, and both times the polish began chipping and entirely peeling off within a week. The last time I came the technician only asked about shape after she started cutting my nails and then was very rough, and my fingers felt sore for days afterwards and one of them has now developed an infection which is very concerning.

It’s such a shame as they shape and paint my nails beautifully, but the last 3 times I have been there has always been an issue. Firstly the paint was peeling off and when I went back they said to me it’s because I used a colour that has too much oil in.. if that’s what happens then you shouldn’t have those options available in the first place, or tell me this can happen with that “type of colour”because how else am I supposed to know that? Surely you wouldn’t have those colours available if they don’t cooperate well. And most recently, I had issues with one nail where the colour was peeling off the same day but the rest of the nails were fine, I got my nails done a week ago, 3 of them have fallen off very easily and haven’t wripped my natural nails (thankfully) so it’s as if the glue is not strong enough as this has never happened before. Nails are starting to chip also and I can see that 2 more are going to come off soon as they are lifting. I’m really disappointed and angry that I’m wasting my money and time. The prices have gone up which doesn’t make sense if the quality of the nails are bad. It seems that the products used must be very weak. I would like my money back.

Such a great salon! And buzzing with customers, not sure why the rating isn’t better. For £45 I got natural manicure (£16) + pedicure (£29), they take cash only. My nails were very bad when I arrived - dried torn cuticles and lots of chipped nails. The gentleman who shaped my nails did them perfectly and asked twice to make sure the shape suits me. The girl cleaned my nails, pushed and cut my cuticles (although hot water was used not a serum) and massaged with oil & cream, it was very relaxing. My feet needed proper SPA treatment as my heel and foot cushion had very hard dry skin and my nails & cuticles weren’t in great shape. The chairs are so comfy and the sanitary standards seem to be very high! Products smelled lovely, they opened brand new filing brick tool for my feet, very nice exfoliation and cleaning. My feet are baby soft and I feel so confident now! Thank you, I definitely recommend and would come back again :)

Such lovely staff and amazing nails Updated 2 years later The detail on all the nails I get here are incredible. The reviews on Google I believe do not reflect the staff's time and quality. To back up the staff here I'd say any reviews that mention wrong colours or misapplication is either due 1. if you book a gel appointment and then end up choosing a regular nail polish they advise you a similar colour they have in the gel range same applies for any manicure, sns, biab and acrylic. I've had my nails done here at least 6 or 7 times a year and many times I have complicated designs which take 2-3 hours sometimes the colour won't match the pictures I've chosen to show (BECAUSE ONLINE IS FILTERED OR UNLIMITED COLOURS ARE NEVER AVAILABLE). So compromise is needed even when the design is 10/10. Continuously throughout every appointment, I speak up if there's something I disagree with, shorter longer shape, colour the whole nine. Nail techs can't always read minds and especially when everyone have different standards and expectations for their nails. If you don't ask you don't get, entitlement alone is no excuse. Love you team see you for my Christmas nail. P.S Speaking in Vietnamese, Mandarin or any language isn't illegal they're all family there :)

The entire experience was awful. People working in the saloon were loudly talking to each other throughout and my nail therapist was taking calls with the loud speaker on. She was not focusing on my treatment at all. My therapist also had a cough but did not have the courteousy of wearing a mask; neither did I see her sanitise her hands. On top of that, nothing was cleaned from the towel to the nail dryer. I was very uncomfortable. Finally, the tip of my shellac nails started chipping off just the following day. I would not go there again. Having said that, the appointment started on time and the variety of Saint Nails colours available was good.

Good value for money. Considering London prices it’s quite cheap for what you get. Decent colour choices, and good manicure. Not the best work I’ve had but again, for London standards and for the price it’s a very good option. You usually have to wait a bit though so it ends up taking longer than expected. Staff is not the friendliest but at least they don’t keep chatting so you can have a relaxing time. Always good music playing!

Absolutely love this place, i go every 2/3 weeks. The nail art is amazing! Always happy with the finish. Most often have acrylics and shellac but used to have the deluxe pedicure and it’s great. Clean and staff are friendly.

Manicure was done very quickly and very well (it's been 2 weeks and it is still in a perfect condition). However, the place is quite dirty. The towel and the table was dirty and I am seriously concerned about the disinfecting of the pliers (UV box looked dirty). I also haven't seen the lady to disinfect the file and other things she used. I don't think i will visit the salon again due to very low hygiene.

I have been a number of times and always had a good experience, however, they have replaced the lady who normally does the treatment. The new lady didn't seem to know what she was doing, I had to ask her to stop the threading. She then went to tint my eyebrows and put on way to much tint. I asked for light-medium as I am blonde and my eyebrows came out black. She didn't use gloves and used her fingers to apply to tint, I have very sensitive skin and now have a rash on my face from where her hands where - completely UNHYGIENIC! I have had to cancel all my weekend plans.
