   The images speak for themselves, I even asked for a small flower on one of the nails and they didn't make it and although the price was marked as 40 they charged me 45 for these nails, they didn't clean the cuticle or anything. I wouldn't go back.

   My experience at Ruby Nails was absolutely amazing from start to finish. My nails went through a spectacular glow up: from dull and uneven to flawlessly shaped, vibrant, and shining like never before. I couldn’t stop admiring them! Ruby Nails exceeded all my expectations and left me feeling confident and refreshed. I can’t wait to go back!

   I didn’t have a great experience. I had an appointment to remove xhelac and paint my nails with normal polish. The pot was nearly empty so she said I didn’t need a second layer, when I clearly did, as it looks transparent in some areas. Then she sat me in a corner to dry them while she was attending someone else. She wasn’t even looking at me. She came and standing put the top coat. She left my nails all dusty and dry I had to ask for a bit of oil… she also made me bleed. I don’t recommend it. I could have done it better.

   I was very skeptical to come here after reading many bad reviews, however my experience was good. The result is great but I wasn't 100% happy with the customer service - I was served 20 minutes after my appointment time, the gent kept looking into his phone when filling my nails and I had to swap chairs twice so different people were doing my nails. I cannot say at all that someone would be rude to me, just wanted to highlight these areas for improvement. Paid £33 for one color acrylic infills which is a fair price considering the location. The salon doesn't take cash which was expected from my previous experience with these salons. I'll be coming back.

   Amazing! Amazing! Amazing! Words can not express how amazing this place is. When I first walked into Ruby nails my nails were battered, worn, short and bruised. Now I have long, healthy and real nails. Products and service is top quality! My nail polish lasts a minimum of 4 weeks! Try them out you will not be disappointed. Everyone in the shop does amazing nails, which is so hard to come back in London. Pictures speak for themselves and yes those are my real nails with shellac only!
