   I can call in the morning and get delivery same day for a reasonable charge. The chap who delivers is always very pleasant and helpful, he is the face of Gleave’s. For me, if delivery was extended and too expensive I may shop elsewhere. It’s the ease of ordering, speed of delivery and helpful unloading that makes the difference!

   Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. They stock a wide range of garden and DIY products and materials that they can give advice on and arrange to be delivered in the local area. They can also custom make wooden items like fencing and raised beds for the garden.

   Honestly the best shop in the area for lots of bits and bobs, as well as beautiful shurbs, trees and plants. Joe and his staff are patient, kind and wonderful. They always have time for questions, and advice for most things. There are tools, garden stuff you never knew you needed, electric hardware, plumbing parts and a wood yard for treated wood - honestly it's got lots of what you need. Always worth calling in for a look round. Joe will always welcome you with a quick joke and a smile.

   Very friendly and great customer service. We’ve been renovating a house and have been to Gleaves countless times. Always have what I need or a close enough match. Guys in the wood shed are always helpful with cutting down wood. Christmas time is brilliant too, great trees, free local delivery and old school warm and friendly customer service.
