   Does not answer the phone! It's constantly turned off, so I went into this hairdresser to make an appointment and literally called their number, it rang from my phone but was on silent in the shop. The nail lady pretended there was something wrong with the phone. I tried to make an appointment, but she couldn't book an haircut. She took my details said the appointment would be made and the hairdresser would call to confirm. As usual I have been calling since Saturday, it's now Wednesday and they're still not answering. I also tried last year but was the same no answer so I went elsewhere, but thought I'd try again this time...same thing. How do you stay open with this kind of service? Looking forward to what you have to say

   My hair cut uneven, boyfriend’s curly hair cut poorly and charged extra, £65 (£58 with discount)for both. No one ever answered calls I made to the buisness the several times I tried to book over the phone. Walked in to book, only one person working and had to stop the active nail appointment to book us in. During my hair cut the hairdresser ripped my helix piercing out with her comb. When we mentioned just taking some more of the back of my partners hair she proceeded to cut more of everywhere else. Only one nail tech in despite seemingly other staff being downstairs but when two people came in they were told to come back 2 hours later. Website misdirects about prices.

   I'm so happy with my new hair! The lady and gentleman did an amazing job. After my last hair fail in different salon I was scared to try balayage but they both took good care of my hair. 100% recommend! Thank you again, I'll definitely come back!

   Amazing salon! Amaizing staff! Had a hair colour , cut, blowdry, and I was very happy with the outcome . I 100% recommend this salon to anyone who's looking to have a colour change and cuts , you won't be disappointed !

   I do not usually leave reviews but I think everyone should be aware of the service they may receive here. I have used this hairdresser on 4 occasions on my latest visit there was a new hairdresser who tended to me. I walked in and explained I would like my hair an all over blonde colour after having blonde highlights added to my hair the past 3 times so had a slight root growth. I explained the reasoning for now wanting one all over colour instead of highlights was due to costs. The first time the hairdresser did my hair she literally added a toner and when I saw this I asked where was the blonde and why does it look no different and I questioned why I did not have to sit for 20 or so mins to let the colour develop? She then got really irritated with me and I explained to her again that I was looking for one all over colour of blonde! She then reluctantly added another colour to my hair when this was washed off she asked if I was happy I told her the colour was nice but again not what I asked for she then was like oh you wanted bleach to get a blonde look and that I should have said from the beginning I wanted her to use bleach I replied how would I a non hair dresser tell a hair dresser how to do there job. She then told me I cannot have bleach as she has used toner twice so now the bleach would go orange. I’ve now been told to go back in a month and pay yet again to have it lightened this visit cost me £85. I have to just add that prices have gone up here and customers are not pre warned of this and now I’m expected to go back in a month and pay another £85 to actually get the colour I originally asked for.

   I was over charged and when I questioned it was given excuses, I have proof of the price I paid before from my bank statement and the card they keep also showed the same price as my statement, however the staff argued that I was charged for two separate things YET their own website and leaflet does not state that these are charged at two separate rates. I.e balayage price then a separate toner price. It’s a shame as we’ve been there a number of times and was happy with the service today was different I have lost £70 in extra charges that they refuse to accept and so will not be going back. My advice if you use their services is to ask the price before the treatments so you aware of any HIDDEN costs.
