Such a friendly place! I brought my ten week old baby and they were really accommodating. It was one of my first solo ventures and they put me at ease. The pedicure looked great too!
Second wax with Sara G and another great experience. I’m pregnant and she makes sure I’m comfortable throughout. She’s professional and so lovely, couldn’t recommend her more: my go-to. The rest of the team are also so welcoming from the moment you step in to the moment you leave.
Absolutely horrible! I had a voucher given to me for Xmas to get my nails done. I went into this lovely looking place today to book. Politely I asked if I could make an appointment, No appointments available, I then asked for the Thursday she looked and said no sorry we are fully booked I then asked for the Friday morning and was again told sorry we seem to be fully booked I then asked for the Saturday I was then told why don’t I take your number and if anyone does cancel I will contact you. At this time I just wanted the ground to open up as I knew I was not wanted in the shop. I left the shop and cried I felt so embarrassed. I came home to book online just to see if my unctions were right and YES there were appointments available! Honestly I have to say I’m a well presented woman of 55 and I have NEVER felt so belittled in my life! I have lived and run my own business in the Brockley area for over 25 years So so very sad
Ann-Marie is the best and just the loveliest person! Have been going to her for Hollywood waxes and it's the best I've had in London (and I've tried many!). She makes you feel totally comfortable, is so friendly and is quick & efficient with the wax. Thank you so much! X
Got a really nice manicure here, it was lovely the lady was friendly and the polish was immaculate and lasted ages! Will definitely be back.
I had a great pedicure and gel manicure here but unfortunately when I went back to have the gels removed they've totally ruined my nails. They barely soaked them for any time at all and then filed them off instead of scraping them. Really weird technique but as it's such a posh/nice salon I didn't question it at the time. I've come home with scratched, rough nails which are now totally breaking off (I've never had this problem after gel removal elsewhere). A real shame as it means I definitely won't be going back.
