   I visited here for the first time as it was needs must as my original threader lady was not available. I didn't plan on coming back, but just making it a one off thing, but since having my brows threaded, upper lip and chin done, I'll be back for sure! I think it will become my new place to go. Nice beauty parlour too, nice layout and I'm really grateful that despite being so busy that day, Chanti (I think that's how you spell her name) made time to see me and get me done quickly so I didn't have to come back. It's also reasonably priced. It was the first time I had my upper lip waxed, (as advised by Chanti to minimise the pain instead of threading) and Chanti took time with me.

   The best experience in terms of massage I ever experienced in South East London From start to end 9/10 ( always leave room for improvement lol) my technician name was Shalini and her hands and technics are out of this world she massage my entire body thoroughly always checking that I am comfortable ( I am a large and really tall female) some massage technician make you feel some time of way due to your size not Shalini she was calm professional and my body knew that her skill was top scales I can’t that her enough I had the best night of sleep ever my best friend and I (we choose the couple massage) decided to go back every 2 months for a treat I will actually go back monthly my body needs it. I truly recommend this salon which offer so many other services to who ever read this review 100% Aesthetic of the salon 9/10 customer service 10/10 Shalini quality of the massage 10/10 Location: easy access by bus but no parking facility 8/10 Overall experience 9/10

   Simply 11/10 service. I wanted to do my review straight away as the experience itself was one to shout about but I wanted to make sure this review was fair - talking about the experience as well as the service which was a Hollywood wax, under arms and lower legs. Paige was friendly, welcoming and made me feel at ease throughout the whole appointment. I don’t think I’ve ever walked away that impressed before. This was my second time visiting here. The first woman I had was lovely but I had a lot of ingrown hairs afterwards so didn’t want to go back. My friend insisted I tried again but go to Kay or Paige. I decided to select Paige and wow! The wax was pain free, her technique was really good and she was quick! I haven’t had any ingrown hairs and the wax has actually lasted! I am so impressed and have now found my new wax expert! If any of you are considering this service, I can comfortably vouch for Paige and her great work. Thanks again, will certainly be back!

   I had BIAB done 2 weeks ago elsewhere in Lewisham and came here to get it redone as it was a last minute I needed doing as it had grown out quickly and my usual place was booked up- Really pleased with the result - Neelam (sorry if spelling is wrong!) did a BIAB refill- she matched the colour almost perfectly and did a great job of my nails :) She said it was her first time doing BIAB- and you can’t tell because they were done expertly and beautifully :) she paid great attention to detail. Would go back again :)

   I've been going here for years for waxes and hair removal and cannot speak more highly of the staff and service. I began my laser treatment here and my skin is flourishing since, no more scarring and I have healthier, happier skin. Shout outs to Kay and Corina who are superb at their jobs and do a thorough job without the faff. Wishing this business and their staff all the best. Recommending this place to friends and family is a must.

   Amazing luxury facial experience. Was in heaven and feel fully renewed. Always nice to be pampered and this was long overdue. My face is glowing. Have booked again as I have never had such a wonderful experience, the scalp rub was the icing on the cake. Natasha is a angel and I would highly recommend. Reception staff were very welcoming as well. Great local retreat for a real treat!

   So angered by this - third time this has happened with La crisadore. Booked on treat-well for a much needed Indian head massage today just before school pick up. Arrive to be told there is no appointment. When I check back it’s been cancelled. I don’t have time to see if I can book short notice elsewhere. Surely they get notifications of cancellation, why would they not call to ensure client is aware? I’ve wasted time and money on parking and the staff are so unhelpful. There is nothing they say they can do. Wow. Can’t believe I took a chance again. Not bothering with them again. Really disappointed.
