   I recently visited Anna Genc's hair salon, and I am beyond thrilled with the results! I’ve always been apprehensive about bleaching and dyeing my hair because of scalp allergies and some hair loss in certain areas, but Anna put all my worries to rest from the very beginning. She took the time to do a thorough patch test to make sure everything would be safe for me, and during the consultation, she really listened to what I wanted. She made sure she understood exactly what kind of look I wanted to achieve, and I felt completely comfortable throughout the entire process. Anna was so careful with the bleach, making sure it didn’t touch my scalp, and even used a toner after the bleach to ensure the results were perfect. It’s clear that she’s not only knowledgeable, but also genuinely cares about her clients’ hair health. The best part? My hair didn’t feel damaged at all! She uses amazing products that nourish and protect the hair, and you can tell she knows exactly what she’s doing. The atmosphere in the salon was so welcoming and warm, I felt like I was at home. It’s such a refreshing experience to be in the hands of someone who is not only a skilled professional but also so kind and thoughtful. I’ve never been so happy and satisfied with a hair color and I honestly can't wait to go back. If you're looking for a hair stylist who is talented, professional, and truly cares about your hair, Anna is the one. Highly recommend!

   I had a shellac manicure and pedicure done two weeks ago. My nails are still great except tiny chip on one of the fingers. I had shellac done many times but this is the first time it lasted that long. I will definitely be coming back!

   I have been coming to this salon for years and I cant fault it! the team are always so lovely and professional. Andrea and Karrina are fantastic nail technicians, quick, efficient and thorough. Anna is always so friendly and makes sure you get tea and biscuits :) which is always a nice touch. They are great at what they do! You wont find a better nail service in South London!
