Lipstick and Curls were absolutely amazing. They send me an incredible hair and make-up artist (Nicki) for my wedding and she did the most beautiful job on my and my bridesmaids. I wanted something more vintage but my bridesmaids wanted something more modern and she did both amazingly. Communication all the way through the process was great and the value for money was unbelievably good. I couldn't be happier or recommend them more highly.
Goshka and her assistant Diana were nothing short of miracle workers! My wife and I are a queer couple and both Goshka and Diana were not only incredibly capable, they were both fabulously kind, considerate, and professional. Their range for their makeup and hair styling was also very impressive. They styled my shorter more butch hair very well and made sure both my hairpiece and veil stayed put. For my wife, who has much longer and wavier hair, they ensured her curls stayed bouncy and gorgeous all day and night long which is usually quite a struggle to achieve. They also together took very good care of our bridesmaids and mother of the bride. They worked swiftly and with great care, and everyone looked fantastic even across several different hair types and complexions. We really can't thank Lipstick and Curls enough, and you would be in excellent hands by choosing them.

Lipstick and curls were absolutely fantastic and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a company to do their hair and make-up for the big day! They were incredibly accommodating to all requests and helpful when my partner and I had to change our wedding date due to the pandemic. I had bridal hair and make up done along with 5 bridesmaids and mother of the bride hair and make-up , Alison and Nina done a absolutely amazing job getting us all ready for the big day. They both were so lovely and talented, I was so pleased with the outcome and had we all had a great morning with them - Thank you all x
I booked Lipstick and Curl for my wedding hair and make up, completed by Amanda. Despite a pandemic reschedule, everything else went to plan with the booking. Amanda reviewed my conceptual ideas in advance, came to conduct a trial with me in advance so we could test them out and then worked with me to make some adjustments for the day itself. Amanda was lovely to have with us on the morning of the wedding, completing hair and makeup for my mum first, and then taking care of me. All the communication with the team was great throughout - very professional and accommodating - as well as with Amanda on the day. It definitely contributed to us having a great day!
For my wedding day, I had a very specific vintage look, and I wanted the red lips, dark eyes, porcelain skin and curled hair to match. I had made my way through several make up artist trials till I found Amanda at Lipstick and Curls and I was Delighted. She was the one. She knew immediately what I was after, her product knowledge and skill of application was perfect, her attention to detail and experience was evident and I felt extremely confident in her hands. I'd never had my short hair curled before, but we tried it and Amanda made it look so awesome. I booked her immediately after the trial, and on my wedding morning, she arrived cheerfully with plenty of time, and kept me calm, cool and joyful. My make up and hair looked bright and fresh all day long, and I felt absolutely beautiful. Thank you Amanda for being an integral part of one of the best days of my life. I know if I ever have an event in the future and I need to look incredible, I'm going to Amanda. I recommend you do too.
I had the lovely Amanda do my hair and makeup for my wedding in September and she was absolutely brilliant. Professional, friendly and really talented. At my hair and make up trial before the wedding, Amanda understood exactly what I was hoping for on my wedding day and did a fab job. My two bridesmaids are both not used to wearing makeup and we wanted them to have quite a natural look, which I think Amanda did a great job with. The hair and makeup lasted perfectly all day - including dancing all night long! I was also really pleased that Amanda uses all vegan and cruelty-free make up, as this was something was looking for and not many makeup artists offer this. I would definitely recommend Amanda from Lipstick and Curls for your wedding hair and makeup!
