Shocking company, tried to call their landline over 35 times and mobile over 20 times and no-one answers (all calls before 2pm). I even tried messaging them through amazon to get my order sorted and all they do is give you a tracking number and that's it. They use royal mail which everyone knows are totally useless and unreliable, so now over 12 days later it still hasn't arrived and i now have water damage due to not receiving my item. why wont you answer your phone calls and where's my item. Avoid this company at all costs if you want to receive the item you ordered because they will not answer the phone and don't seam to want to help apart from saying "here's the tracking number" useless. id give zero stars but that's not an option.

Purchased items to collect from their store as their deliver time was too long and I needed the items urgently. I messaged them to tell them when I would be arriving and they acknowledged this providing the address. I drove 50 miles on my day off work to find their warehouse locked up with no one on site. I messaged them to find out where they were at 14:20 They messaged back to say they were closed for the day. I asked them if they could just open up to supply the items I had ordered and paid for. They did not respond the next communication was a notification on my phone to say the the orders had been cancelled. So my advice is to please support me and protect yourself by not doing business with these awful people
