   My experience with Estelworld today was extremely unprofessional and completely unacceptable. When I informed them that I couldn’t attend my appointment due to feeling unwell, I was questioned in a disrespectful and intrusive manner by a staff member named Asiye*. I was asked, ‘Why did you confirm yesterday?’ and even, ‘Are you on your period? You should know in advance.’ This level of personal questioning is inappropriate, invasive, and shows a serious lack of training and customer respect. A customer is NEVER obligated to justify illness or provide personal health details. Saniye’s tone was argumentative and confrontational instead of supportive. I fully understand the policy regarding missed appointments; however, this does NOT give any staff member the right to interrogate clients or speak in an unprofessional way. This behaviour reflects poorly on the management and raises concerns about how clients are treated. I strongly urge the company to address this immediately and retrain staff on professionalism, boundaries, and respectful communication.

   I’ve been going to this clinic for the past few months. I have booked the 12 sessions of laser hair removal with Asiye. She has been very kind and professional with me, she always lets me know how my skin is doing before starting the laser session. I have never had to wait for my appointment they always take me in straight away. Sometimes I forget my appointment but they always call and text a day before to make sure I’m still available. I’m only half way through my 12 sessions but I’m happy to say there is barely any hair left. My aunt recommended this place to me and I’m very glad she did. All staff are lovely. Thank you x

   I had a very relaxing and cleansing facial for my acne treatment. Hatice is such a lovely and knowledgeable person who is obviously very passionate about her work, and it shows in the quality of the service. Will definitely go again for future facials. Brilliant!

   I had 12 sessions of full body. But I did not see NO CHANGE. They do full body in 15min they rush to finish it so quick when it is suppose to take around 40min which is why I didn't see any change. It might be cheap but waste of time no change in hair removal. Don’t ever use the gel machine too its useless. I do not recommend this place at all !!!!
