   I booked and paid through treatwell. I have medium length hair but picked the long hair option and paid the highest available price for the wash and cut. when i arrived i was told that i had paid less and the real price is in fact more. straight away i was being treated really rudely as if i was part of some sort of con or scam to underpay for my treatment. this felt a little embarrassing as there where other people in the salon. i politely suggested that they have a look at treatwell and adjust the prices if they dont match salon prices as i just paid what it had come up as. the woman who was at the reception and was english speaking said it was fine and not at all my fault. however the woman doing my cut whose name began with a v continued treating me quite rudely saying its fine we will do it this once but next time you have to pay the full price. again, making me feel like i was trying to scam the salon. a very awkward and uncomfortable experience as they should have accepted their own fault and not blamed me.

   I have had my hair done by Vicky many times now, she is my go to hairdresser for my blondes! She’s absolutely amazing, cares about my hair health and creates beautiful results. I really recommend her especially for Asian hair as not many people are able to work with it and get us to the shades we desire.

   I visited a salon hoping for a nice haircut for my 5-year-old daughter but were very disappointed. The hairdresser had a rude attitude, showed no friendliness, and roughly handled my child’s hair. When i politely requested heat protection spray, she snapped back angrily and said " don't tell me my job,this is not my first job". The reception staff also ignored my complaint. As a qualified beauty therapist and hairdresser myself, i strongly advise parents not to take young children to this salon.

   Karolina and her team are absolute artists! She managed to bring my hair back to my favourite shade of blonde from having previously been a weird, dull shade of brown, that I have had done in a different salon. Karolina explained the process thoroughly and obtained fantastic results in 1 session, with absolutely no damage as she used top notch products. The salon is welcoming and has this feel-good vibe, the staff is professional and friendly, the prices are transparent and fair and the services and results are excellent! I am definitely recommending it!

   Having been to a previous hairstylist (very well known and overpriced hairstylist) I was extremely unhappy with how he had cut my hair. After extensive searching I came across inspiration via Instagram and they were able to fit me in decided the next day I can happily say I was not disappointed at all! Maya fully understood what was needed and what I would like. She was extremely thorough and I am beyond happy with my new hair. I have very thick hair and she removed excess weight as per my request (which was not an easy task). Now I still have volume and much more manageable hair with plenty of movement. I love the layers and the length. I cannot praise Maya highly enough and I will be returning. The salon itself is very pretty and the vibe is welcoming. Inspiration have gained a customer who will definitely be revisiting.

   This Salon is amazing, they did a banging job on my hair, i’ve always come here to get my hair coloured but this time i completely changed my hair, coloured and bleached from roots. My stylist was Grzegorz and he did an amazing job from start to finish, he knew exactly what he was doing, he made me feel comfortable and the end result was even better than what i asked. 100% recommend
