   I recently visited the store on Friday at 14:45 and had the pleasure of meeting Sangeetha (I hope I’m spelling her name correctly). After my previous eyebrow lady, who was also Indian, moved away, I’ve been on the hunt for someone who could match her skill. I firmly believe that Indian beauticians have a superior touch when it comes to the art of eyebrows, and Sangeetha proved this to be true. Since my previous eyebrow expert left, I’ve tried several places in Bromley, but none could get it right. Some messed them up completely, others made them uneven, and a few thinned them out like it was 2007. But Sangeetha was different. She really listened to my requests and even offered some valuable input, which I gladly accepted as she had an eye for detail. Please keep in mind I grew my eyebrows out for three months. The result? Absolute perfection. She truly understands that eyebrows are the frame of your face, and she executed perfection with precision. I’m so relieved to have finally found someone who gets it right. Sangeetha if you ever move stores please tell me I will follow you!

   If I could give it 0 starts, I would. Visited today, there was a few people in front which wasn’t a problem. However, the service was incredibly slow. I waited for over 30 mins and when I asked how long it would be she said another 30 mins.. ridiculous! I understand if there was a huge queue, however there were only 4 people, 3 of which only wanted threading so to wait 1 hour is crazy to me. One customer wanted a tint, while the tint was drying the lady sat down and just started drinking her water for about 15 mins she just sat there. In that 15 mins, surely she could’ve done somebody else’s eyebrows in the mean time? The staff weren’t welcoming or friendly at all. Customer service non-existent. First visit and definitely the last. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE.

   I was looking for an Indian stylists who does threading and my friend suggested this place. Sangita who works on Saturday did a good job with my uneven eyebrows. She made it symmetrical and on a pain scale of 1 to 10, I would say it was only 2 and that was almost painless. They charged £7 per threading but if you enrol into a £35 scheme we can get 7 threadings which technically means we get 2 threadings for free! I am very impressed by the Primark beauty studio Bromley. Thank you Sangita!

   I’ve been a customer since the pandemic first come about and today was the only time I had a bad experience. The young lady did a rubbish job. Waxing is meant to get rid of all the hairs in this case there is still plenty of hair left on my eyebrow. The tinting process was also rushed! Never had a bad experience but my god I sure had one today. I am in the process of asking for a refund as it cost me £18 what a waste.

   Dhoha is absolutely brilliant. Very experienced and it shows by her amazing work. I have been attending this bar for over a year because she is so careful and attentive, and my eyebrow tint, shape, eyelash lift and tint is the best I’ve ever had them. Thanks so much Dhoha xx

   Sangita did a wonderful professional job on my overplucked grey eyebrows and transformed them into a lovely brown colour and perfect shape. She waxed them first as I was nervous about threading and then finished off with threading, which I barely felt. Would recommend this service.

   Dhoha at Bromley branch was doing my treatment. She was extremely hostile and BUTCHERED my brows. Was not welcoming at all and seems like she has gotten very complacent within the job as she rushed through my threading process. Also had pre-booked for 10:30 when I arrived she told me my appointment was was at 10:40 which it was NOT and made me wait 10 mins. Staff need to be retrained in customer service. DO NOT GO HERE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. HAVE BEEN LEFT WITH CUTS ON MY FACE AS WELL AS BROWS THAT DO NOT EVEN LOOK THE SAME.

   Lovely service, girls that worked there were welcoming and professional. Super quick treatment for my eyebrows and I was so pleased with the outcome. Would definitely recommend to anyone around the area. I got a block booking for £65, really great price compared to others and I get one free session. Amazing service while getting both threading and tinting!
