I had an absolutely lovely facial treatment. The therapist was highly professional and knowledgeable, taking time to assess my skin and explain each step. The experience was incredibly relaxing, and the results are fantastic - my skin feels fresh and looks noticeably brighter. Highly recommended!
Taylor is amazing, she really knows what she's doing and will listen to your concerns and offers solutions that actually work. She's never pushy and never over recommends products, which I appreciate, and her knowledge base is huge. She fixed my highlights and cut from another salon and I haven't been this happy with my hair in years! I also saw Laura, the Sherlock Holmes of skin problems. She gives great, bespoke facials. She really listened to my concerns and goals and then gave me a practical path to follow. She has clearly helped many people with all kinds of skin concerns. She is also not pushy and recommends the less-is-more approach, only recommending products that would actually be useful for me. I'm very impressed with this salon. Every person who I encountered is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. It's clean, busy and a fun place to be! And if you need some tea, just ask Nancy :)
I have been having regular beauty appointments here for the last 2 years, and always have impeccable service and a great experience. Kelly is an expert on top of being a lovey person and is great at recommending other treatments including facials. I would not go anywhere else!
I’m so impressed with Jasmine and the salon! I had unfortunately messed up my own hair, and they managed to fit me in so quickly—even within the same week. Jasmine was absolutely lovely, incredibly thorough, and completely transformed my hair. I’m over the moon with the results, especially since I didn’t think it could even be fixed! I’ve already booked back in with Jasmine in a few weeks’ time. Highly recommend!

I am so happy with my hair after visiting Taylor. She was really lovely, took time to find out what my colour goals were and made my hair look great. She took the brassy orange tones out of my highlights and did a lovely blow dry. I can't wait to go back again, great service!
Lovely and friendly staff! I’ve had a few treatments here and I’ve always come away happy and relaxed. Mia also took the time to help me with some tips on my skincare routine and gave me some recommendations. Would definitely be back for more treatments!
