   I had the most incredible experience! The place smells immaculate, the customer service was 10/10 and the treatments!l - WOW!! I’ve never truly felt so relaxed after getting my nails done, so pampered and so in zen! They really focus on the relaxation and wellbeing part and take their time! Professional products the shop is gorgeous and I even got a cup of tea! Highly recommend. I’ve just finished my treatment and I can’t wait to come back!

   10/10 use these lovely ladies all the time for my partner and there is such a warm family vibe. My partner has never had a bad experience and the professional finish is perfect each and every time I also personally had a facial what I was unsure about being a man but was made feel really comfortable and face felt great afterwards would definitely recommend

Having waited 25min in the pedicure chair. Being surrounded by deliqent behaviour. Loud client's. I was left waiting without explanation. When I asked the ladies to lower their tone I was told they had ADHD.. . My dilemma is 'x should I have mentioned it . Or the manager. ? As a client I was made uncomfortable. Therefore I left £5 .. Never to return

   I would give 6 stars if I could! Was skeptical at first as all the good reviews were on nails but I went for a facial and I can easily tell you it's my favourite one so far. I've tried other places in London and it's just not it. The owner is super professional and goes out of her way to help you. I needed recommendations for skincare and she wrote down a whole routine down to the prices of each product and how to use them. Absolutely wonderful! I'm so happy I found this place.
