   Ellie at Beauty Base is brilliant – she is really informative which makes you feel so comfortable. I’m excited to start micro needling with her. Also The K11 sunbed with red light therapy feels amazing – I already use a red light mask, so having it built into a sunbed is such a bonus. Definitely recommend!

   Such a good addition to the village. Really clean and modern interior in a beautiful location. Had an aesthetic treatment with Ellie, who was super professional and knowledgable, putting me at ease right away. She can answer any questions or calm any concerns you might have. Such a lovely team who make you feel so welcome! Excited to make this my regular spot but tbh I'd travel across London to come here too. Thanks to the whole team

   Best sunbeds in Blackheath! Have also had my eyelashes, Botox and lemon bottle done by the lovely Ellie in the salon and am always super impressed with the results. She always makes me feel very comfortable with any procedures I am getting and ensures I am relaxed and fully informed about what exactly she is doing/ any potential side effects/ sufficent aftercare. Always look forward to my appointments at Beauty Base and thank you them for making me feel beautiful !!

   I had a manicure and eyelash extensions done there. The lashes were done as individuals and was told that they would stay for at least 2-3 weeks and if I’m careful up to 6 weeks. I was very careful and 70% of the lashes fell off within 5 days and 100% of the eyelashes fell of within 7 days, I did NOT pick them myself. Regarding the manicure, it chipped the day after. If it was cheap, I wouldn’t even bother writing this review but it was VERY expensive. Waste of time and money. If I were you I would not step a foot in this place.

   I booked a double shellac appointment for myself and my mother in law. Unfortunately, we were unable to make the original date and had to phone the salon to reschedule. The lady on the phone was very understanding and we managed to reschedule with no issues. The actual experience on the day was extremely professional yet friend and the quality of service was second to none. Thank you Day Spa. We look forward to our next visit.

   I was so disappointed today. I booked and reserved a Full Body Massage for today, my only day off. I had even received a confirmation with the agreed time and date as a text. I was called today to be advised that a wax, full body massage and nails could not be completed? When I advised I had only booked a massage, I was told it was at a totally different time, to which I could not make due to other appointments booked around that massage. There was nobody else who could see me at the time agreed and then the line was disconnected. I find it very bad if this Company cannot even book a simple appointment for their business. Surely this is costing them customers. Disappointing...
