Got my eyes tested on14th November. The optician was absolutely fantastic. I would definitely recommend Vision Express. I don't know the name of the young lady who did my eye test but you were amazing! The young man who helped me choose my glasses was very good too.
I visited the store today but had trouble finding the store as it was located in a different place on Google Maps. Hopefully I have now changed the location. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. I was thinking about purchasing a pair of Oakley prescription sunglasses but for just shy of £500 ive decided to pass for now!
My experience at vision express keighley was really good , the staff are attentive and helpful , I am telling friends about how good the service is there . I used to go to specsavers keighley and I always felt rushed into making decisions and it lacked the quality and personal attention I have found at vision Express.

I ruined the frames on my latest pair of reading glasses, they got placed on a pile of washing and thrown down stairs with the bundle! I inadvertently stood on them just for good measure! The lady at your Keighley branch tried to straighten to no avail, she fitted my lenses into a new frame, job done a a reasonable price and on my way in 20min excellent service, thank you Keighley.
Recently visited the Keighley store. The optician and staff were excellent. I was looking to get to contact lenses. Felt valued as a customer, never felt rushed and they obviously care about service. I can recommend this store very efficient and my lenses arrived quickly.
I am 86 and I have been wearing spectacles now since I was 7. During my lifetimes experience of opticians I can say with hand on heart that the service which my wife and received yesterday at the Keighley store was just fantastic. The help, courtesy and kindness shown was second to none. Their care with my invalid wife who has recently suffered from two strokes was just wonderful. The products are excellent and modestly priced. This was our first visit to Vision Express but it will hopefully not be our last. If you need specs then get to Vision Express.
Just picked up my new varifocal glasses from Vision Express Keighley. Really impressed with there service from start to finish. The eye test was very extensive and I felt they listened to what I was saying rather than just doing the test. I collected my glasses and was more impressed than at anytime in the past . I could actually see every line on the card and the glasses fit perfect. The service was excellent and the staff very professional. This is my first time at vision Express and wont be my last. I will happily recommend them to anyone and everyone
