   My first experience with Beauty lounge was outstanding. I was looked after my Andrea, who is a new hairdresser to the salon but been around the block a long time. Andrea was attentive, patient, friendly and clearly knows her craft. She listened to my requirements and gave me a look I was after. I walked out feeling like a million dollars. Super pleased with my experience.

   I was so happy with my balyage at Beauty Lounge Green last week! I'm new to the area and am always sceptical when looking for a new hairdresser, but Arianna was absolutely incredible. She was extremely attentive, friendly and warm and did such a professional job. I love the natural look she achieved and my hair feels in much better condition. The prices were so decent compared to other salons, and for the quality I received, it was well worth it! I'll be back!

   Predatory business practices - avoid using this salon! I paid for a medium length hair cut as I have collar-bone length hair when straight (my hair is naturally curly so this is usually how I wear it). The cut and blow dry were ok but when I stood up to leave, they said I needed to cancel my Treatwell booking (having already paid) because they consider collar-bone hair length to be 'long' and that I needed to pay them £50! Very poor service to only be told this after the cut. The salons definitions need to be much clearer and visible on Treatwell, not just in small print that is difficult to find as the owner admitted at the time! Definitely wouldn't recommend and won't be back!

   I was visiting England with my partner and we decided to come here to have my partners hair coloured. It was such a lovely experience. Oriana ensured my partner and I were comfortable and had all our needs tended to. It was so refreshing to have high quality customer service. A beautiful way to end our holiday. Highly recommend.

   This was my fourth visit to Beauty Lounge Salon, and once again, it was such a wonderful experience! The atmosphere is so warm and inviting, and the staff are absolutely amazing. I get my hair done by Arianna, who is hands-down the best hairstylist I’ve ever had. It took me two years to find someone who truly listens to what I want and delivers exactly that. From coloring and highlights to cuts and styling, I’m always beyond happy with the results. My hair looks flawless every time and stays in fantastic condition, even after coloring and bleaching! Arianna is a true professional who genuinely cares about her clients and their hair. I absolutely recommend this salon to anyone looking for exceptional service and amazing results!

   It is not easy for me to change hairdressers as I am pretty fussy, but I had no choice, so I searched close to me and booked easily thru google at Beauty Lounge Green. The staff was very friendly they reassured me they have the best hairdressers and for sure they had. I am very happy with the cut, definitely coming back because they were professional and nice.

   Love Beauty Lounge Green from day 1 of my visit. Highly recommend, very professional staff from reception to hairdressers. Always fits you in for night out blow dry and I've done my balayage colour with Ylenia recently. She was just simply amazing: professional but friendly. I'm so happy happy happy with a result!

   The service was terrible. The lady insulted me repeatedly by saying that my natural hair is “too curly”, and that I shouldn’t have cut it short, and that I would look much better with long hair. These comments actually made me cry when I went back home. If you don’t know how to style curly hair, maybe you shouldn’t be a hairdresser in east London! Just saying!
